Unfortunately only a week of use to and from school for my son and the wire came loose in the upper section and no longer works.

His was represented as being able to pull weight of an adult. It doesn’t do that on a hill

I actually bought 2 and 1 of them is slower. I tested them both because sometimes the weight makes them slower and sure enough, 1 was like 5 mph slower which sucks when your out as a team and they can't keep up

It had a swollen battery, so had to return. Hope they didn't resale it. Should have taken pictures before returning. No, but yes. Battery poses a insane safety risk.

I bought GoTrax Electric scooter, I was trying to fill air first time on rear tire after i bought scooter and air filling is not working for rear tire. I called customer service and they told i have to buy new tube and parts and i have to pay labor fees. I suggest if you are in good mood of spending amount on maintenance cost then only buy GoTrax scoter. Customer service is really not good. and they will ask you to spend more money after you buy. My Experience is not good here.

I checked the speed it was only 15 mph. I checked the distance it would take me and it was only 8.5 miles on a full charge. It is not what I expected. It's kinda like it's junk. Maybe they sent me a refurbished one not a brand spanking new one. I'm not happy with my purchase at all. I would not recommend buying this at all.

I was so excited to receive this scooter as we have never had one before but have been on the verge of buying one many times. I must say that I am not disappointed! Right out of the box you must do some light assembly; handle bar, seat and basket, super easy. Once finished the size was a little smaller than expected looking at the photo, so if you're tall you will look like an adult on a kids bike while riding, just MHO anyway lol, not that that matters. The scooter is actually quite heavy for its size however, so young children won't be able to hold this up on their own. As for things I really like about the scooter, the seat is fairly wide and comfortable, even for those of us with larger backsides. The seat height is super easy to adjust, like an office chair basically. It has a headlight as well as brake light. The basket is so perfect if you're trying to ride over to the corner gas station or party store because you can just place your bag in there and it's not going to fall out. So now I don't have to waste gas in my jeep for short trips like that anymore. My 13 year old had a blast riding it as did I! Would definitely recommend.

Battery life was not even half of advertised. Returned to store.

Will not carry me up a hill. Seat wont stay up when i sit on it. And no, I do not exceed the weight limit.

They work for a while, then they don't. Service from manufacturer is an AI chat bot that offers little to no help.

I bought it on May 19 and today on July 31, it just stopped working. I am student and usually use it around the campus. My friend has exact same one and been using it over a year. She is also having same issue.

It will get you were you need to go but only lasts two hours

We bought it last November 18 for my 11yrs old son, and around January the bike won’t run even if it was fully charge. the battery light keeps on blinking and now it won’t charge. Had to junk now since nothing we can’t used it. A waste of money! Very dissatisfied with the product.

Well as of right now I’m very unhappy! I ordered the scooter for my 17-year-old daughter who is starting college soon I’m in New York and she’s . Needless to say it didn’t start after this and charging inconvenience having to exchange, etc.

The GoTrax Flex Voyager electric scooter came double boxed and packaged well. It’s really heavy! The delivery driver left it at our front door and I had to pull it a few steps up to our living room as it was raining at that time. This is my very first electric scooter so consider me a novice. I mainly got this for running quick errands and just for leisure riding at the park within the neighborhood. Thankfully, set up was a breeze since all tools you need are included in the package. Though I had to ask my husband to install the cushion seat so it can be tightened properly. Charging to full took a few hours but this was expected for it’s first charge. Once it’s fully charged, I took it outside after the rain had stopped. It took a bit longer for me to find my balance since I wasn’t used to just sitting down a scooter. But after a few tries, I got the hang of riding it. I rode it around the block with just a slight bit of uphill and downhill. There were some puddles along the way but it didn’t affect the ride at all. I only went about 10mph since the ground was wet but the brakes had no problem stopping the wheels. I am quite a petite person and lightweight so for sure the scooter can go a bit faster if I please. The basket is my most favorite feature. I had to drop off a small package at the post office just a couple of blocks aways and the box fit perfectly in it. My niece who is a bit heavier than me (180 lbs) did not have a problem riding on this scooter when she picked up a bag of groceries 2 miles away, that’s an additional load but she said she did not notice any difference in her ride at all. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Flex Voyager. I consider it a good buy for the price. I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so I can take it for a much longer ride in the suburbs.

Not worth the $ once charged it hardly moves, will not do 15.5 mph

Mine came without a key and they want me to pay for a new throttle. Never again

Horrible don't do it. Didn't work won't hold a charge. It's junk
