GoTrax Terrible Customer Service!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

We purchased this scooter from BestBuy and three months in the battery would not take a charge any longer. Spend time sending GoTrax pictures and video all to find out they'll NOT assist with anything. Terrible customer service and I would steer clear of this product! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
