Sexy and easy……………….installed. We’re love it…………..

Was easy to assemble and really like the bike so far. The folding feature is awesome for space conservation to store on my deck. I would definitely recommend this to a friend as great value and product.

I've used it a couple of times and so far I've enjoyed my experience, if course the lack of suspension makes it a little difficult to travel in certain terrains but over all it's a good starter e-bike

If you enjoy riding your bike with the family, this one is for you. The assemble requires a little bit of patience. It is heavy, so make sure there is an elevator at the work place.

The box is missing one of the screw nuts for the front wheel and the GoTrax warranty division hasn’t responded to my request for a replacement part which was sent in nearly two weeks ago. The bike is unusable in this state which is a real bummer since it’s a birthday present. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service on such an expensive item. I’ll update my review if/when GoTtax fixes the problem.

Everything are ok accepted there are missing screws for the electronic display and some screws are not tightened enough

Don't waste your money, bike turns on password and locks you out turning it into an expensive paper weight. Customer service is poor sending you third party crappy videos from youtube and being of no help in trying to remedy the issue.

I purchased this item for My Son’s to go back-and-forth to School in which I purchased two however, both of them I had to return more than two times for the tire for the charging module and it’s just been a very horrible experience

Best Buy should be ashamed to sell GoTrax. The bike had a locked screen and a throttle issue. GoTrax support was contacted and a claim was initiated. A first contact by email was good trying to resolve the issue. But I still have the issue and GoTrax will not respond to emails. Bike wasnt even used for 2 month. Thanks Bad Buy.
