It Don't try both sides

I had to turn food over to try other side . not at all what commercial says it would be or do .Don't but it ! And return policy sucks .only 12days to return if not you lose out on your money . Not cool . im a single working mom and I don't always not did I plan on cooking with this on a every day basis . Very displeased with this item. Don't buy it !!!!

Product Received was Damaged

Was so excited when I received it but only to find out it was damaged. The box was punctured and it damaged the item. I will update my review when I get the replacement since Best Buy exchanged it.

Not worth the price even on sale
