Always wanted a air fryer to cook food healthier than deep frying and since this fryer was on sale, bought it. Although there is a difference in deep frying, it cooks food healthier and without the mess from deep frying. This model has a large capacity basket with plenty of automatic features built into the unit.

I really love this product, especially the all digital menu which is really easy to use. I believe other models have a pair of dials. The included cookbook helped me to get started. I wish there was a way to look inside while it's cooking.

I thought air fryers were nothing more than a gimmick until I tried it for myself. Cooked up some chicken tenders and breaded shrimp and had a meal ready for my family in under 20min! Everything came out crispy and perfect. My oven could never do this good of a job. So glad I bought it.

It's worth it if you can get it on sale for $50. It has a nice recipe book, it's easy to use the control panel and easy to clean the basket. The claimed capacity of 6 qt I think is bogus. A similar air fryer with the same frying basket claims only 5.3 qt. When using the first time a strong smell of burnt plastic comes out. Would have been nice to include some accessories beyond the manual and cook book.

Had this bad boy for almost 3 years was Great for our family and our kids loved it!

this air fryer was a recommendation from a friend. i bouhjt it a a very good price but unfortunately i have to returned it for some reason. otherwise it was a very good selection .

Works well. Mac temperature is only 400F. Stopped working after 4 years.

I bought this last August for husband's birthday. We used it twice over the year and just recently went to use again. We preheated for 5 minutes which went fine, but then the digital display stopped working. It felt like it was still warm like it was on but couldnt use function keys. I wrote to company on troubleshooting this issue. They just said b/c our 1 yr. Warranty was up, we could only mail them the product for $50 minimum repair fee. No suggestion on how to troubleshoot. Ridiculous for the price. Very disappointed.

Food has a bad plastic taste and odor. If you use it you have to eat the food immediately because if you save the left overs the taste is worst.

This isn’t the first time Best Buy has sold me something that is supposed to be new, but has clearly been used. The wrapping over the item was ripped in a few places and there were fingerprints on the unit. Very frustrated. The unit itself....the basket doesn’t sit flush when placed inside the unit.

I was pretty excited to get this and use it to assist in my new healthy lifestyle and eating. I used it the first time this evening. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to cook chicken breasts. Each chicken breast was pounded out and cut in half, which I assumed would make cooking easier. 2 pieces were put in and it literally took 23 min to get them done. Maybe I'm mistaking but I thought these things were supposed to cut cooking time down? Not impressed.

After 1 year of moderate use the handle melted and separated from the basket. Gourmia refused to repair or replace it!! Very poor customer service. I will not purchase another air fryer from them

Used it to cook french fries 4 times, did a decent job but on ghe 5th use it blew the circuit breaker and would not turn on again. Trash

Took it out of the box, put some fries in it, tried to run the fryer, it goes for 30 seconds and give me an E1 error. Nothing in the manual about it. Cannot find anything to fix it. Do not buy this product.
