Phillips Hue alternative

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.pretty cool! it really brings out the atmosphere of the content you are watching by displaying the colors that it's optical sensor detects and making that explosion explode almost 3D by the lighting effects it displays. makes me wonder why movie theaters haven't incorporated these systems into their viewing experiences? I think this setup is amazing! considering the outdoor lights next.

Best available...except...

The camera works great for syncing the lights and the colors are brilliant. My complaint is the cable for the light bars don't detatch in a way that you could hide them in the wall. If you have a system with all your wires hidden, it makes the light bars unusable.

The strip lights and two bar lights make the background of the TV pop. The app that goes with these is also neat. The only bad thing I have to say is that the strip lights don’t stay on for long.
