I'd actually give the PS3 version 4.5 stars and the 360 verison a full 5 because the 360 version is getting exclusive downloadable content. Aside from that, the two games are virtually identical. It's a little slow to begin with, but just like a movie, it really pays off as it goes. It just gets better the more you play it. This is one game you shouldn't pass up. The only improvement is that something should be done to make driving to a required destination a little easier. Trying to drive, and see where you're going at the same time can get difficult if cops are chasing you or if you're being timed.

I got this game yesterday, and didn't get to try it till lastnight and I was still playing in the a.m. but I needed to get to sleep to get up early. I would have to say so far this is one of the best video games I have owned, very real, and the story line behind it all is good as well. Cars are pretty pimp in this one. If you like the other grand theft autos than you will especially like this one. Go get it and see for yourself. Great choice! Oh ya if you have little ones around I would not let them hear some of the language, thats why on the box it says mature.

GTA IV is an excellent game. Liberty City is by far the most realistic feeling city of the GTA series, and the missions in the game are interesting and challenging. I really enjoyed the improvements made to the controls for driving and for combat. On the negative side, I felt the friends system was interesting for a little while, but eventually it just became a hassle and an annoyance. Also, I missed some things that were in the previous games in the series such as purchasing properties, airplanes, bikes, and character improvement.

This game is the best GTA game in the series. At first when i played this game i had to get used to the controls due to playing it on the xbox 360, but i adjusted easily and so can anybody. The graphics are not real insane like halo graphics, but it is still alot better than San Andreas graphics. The xbox live part is one of the funnest aspects about the game. Team Deathmatches and races are some of the features featured on xbox live. I reccomend this game to anyone over 14 and you will never regret buying it !!!!!

Well this has got to be one of the best GTA game i have played. You can use cover behind walls and cars. The storyline is amazing and will definetely keep you busy for some time. The online gameplay is pretty cool because it was lots of different types of games like deathmatch, mafiya work, and cops n crooks, etc. Overall i like this game and im still playing it, but it sucks that they took out the planes and the tanks thought it would make the game a bit bitter. Great Buy!

the graphics in this game are incredible for a game in the GTA series. the game has very realistic things like flying through windshields and car crashes and various other aspects. the story line is only under 30 hour but the storyline is in depth and you even chose at some points what happens next. i recommend to anyone who enjoys GTA or just wants to play a fun easy game.

This game has everything that the other games had, and more. the graphics were spectacular, and th story line is the best that i have evr seen in a video game. it was like watching a movie. Niko Bellic was the best charactor that rockstar could have chosen. i hope that in the fifth game that they continue the story of niko bellic. please do not let any kids under 13 play this game. you have the option to go into strip clubs and you can also get drunk at the bars in town.

I think the game is the bomb, it has great graphics amazing storyline, realistic missions unlike saints row two.

Great games with so many things to do, missions are fun and online is okay. But its to violent for kids.

By far this GTA posseses the best storyline aswell as graphics yet. However, Despite all the new accents, characters, and cars I found this game a bit repetitive particularly within the story missions of the game. Gamers will really enjoy this game for the first 15 or so hours but than a slight sense of bordeom will no doubt overcome you. Rockstar did a great job with this game, I fear that GTA may be over saturated though and is getting a bit old.

Well as usualy not too much has changed from all the other GTA games. The multiplayer is a nice change, and of course the better graphics, but I would like to see something different int he game play...they need to think out of the box for the next GTA. If you are a die hard GTA fan, get this game, if you wont to try out GTA get this game, but if your a parent, be careful with how old your kids are, because like the others, this is very grraphic

The only problem i found in this game, is that first, the city is not even half the size of San Andreas(GTA), and that you unlock all the are before reaching %50 of finishing the game! But the graphics, music, cars(you CAN steal cars and bikes directly from the agency!), Missions, Weapons! and length is great!!! Worth 40 bucks, believe me. Though there's a small chance that you get bored before finishing the game.

THIS GAME IS THE GAME OF YEAR. MAN THE GRAPHICS ARE SO REALISTC WHEN IT RAINS U CAR REALLY SLIDES IF U TAKE A SHARP TURN. ALSO WHEN YOU CRASH YOU SEE EVERYTHING TO SPARKS TO BLOOD. THERE IS SOOO MUCH TO DO LIKE CHILL WIT ROMAN OR GO ON A DATE AND TRY TO SCORE BIG. THE MISSIONS ARE INSANE. I BOUGHT THE GAME ON MAY 3RD AND I HAVENT STOP PLAYING IT. THE DRIVING IS A LITTLE HARD BUT YOU WILL GET IT AFTER YOU PLAY IT FOR A COUPLE MUNITES.

GTA IV is the best Grand Theft Auto yet!!! The graphics are amaizing, and the game overall is much more realistic. In this version you are actually thrown from the car if you crash hard enough. It is also nice to know that you can evade the cops by leaving the area, rather than waiting the time for you wanted level to come down. This game is awsome, and I can't wait to play it more and find out even more about its great features.

this is yet another GTA game comparable to past GTA games. the graphics are by far the best of the series and they did take a more realistic approach on driving, shooting than previous games. the game in my opinion was not worth the origional $60 price tag due to lack of diversions out side of the main mission unlike saints row. the game does support trophies which does add some replay value but there seems to be a few things lacking compared to the previous san andreas such as vehicle customization, working out to get bigger and stronger, the need to eat but not over eat. some of the features that made the last game stand out are missing which kind of takes away from the fun of it (working out was not fun, but getting bigger and dual wielding sawed off shot guns and making your car look different were neat aspects) they have dating in the game which is more of a pain than anything, dealing with all the personal relationships in the game to keep everyone happy. i personally found it annoying to have to stop game progress to take everyone out on a "date" so they continue to like you and give you their help/bonuses in the game. all in all they went forward in the series while taking a few steps back, maybe the next GTA game will hit the nail on the head (or score a bullseye for those who play darts in the game). they added dart, pool, and bowling as a diversion, the games are not great but it is something to do outside of the missions and they have trophies associated with them as well. all in all a good game for the $40 right now

One of the best games with I have. The story have someone missions repetitives, but is fantastic. And you finish the story, have the online mode, with various modes. Race, Deathmatch, and much more. The best game of the all Grand Theft Auto. The bests website games believe this is the best game of this year, and I believe too. This game guarantee very hours of fun. You need this in your collection, is obligation!

This game is amazing, its graphics are outstanding and the storyline is great! this game will provide you with a minimum of 30-45 hours of storyline play time. it can be thousands of hours of playtime just going around killing people or having the cops chase you. I would deffinatly recommend this game to many others and have bought it as a gift for my brother already. this game is worth every penny you spend on it.

The only real issue I have come across is the driving which after you play for a half an hour or so you get used to it. The movies before the missions almost make the game worth getting without even playing. They are comical and the acting is great. If you like any other gta games you are going to love this game. It is better than san andreas and vice city put together so I promise it is worth the 60 bucks

Glad the folks over at Rockstar Games left the scenarios explosive with details to familiar sites and sounds of New York and New Jersey. You sometimes forget what you’re supposed to be doing, just from the backgrounds enticing you to explore even more. That’s just from the demos I’ve encountered so far. Love the story line of new blood from Eastern Europe. Keeps you wondering what’s going to happen next.
