First of, this game is definetaly worth buying. The campaign is always fun to beat just as the others in the series. GTA IV now offers multiplayer though. It is very fun to play with friends while roaming liberty city, but when you get online its a different story. If your in any match with more than 7 people (which always will be) you are bound to have lag. But do not let this turn you down, you can spend hours playing with friends in free mode. Overall the muliplayer was a risk RockStar took. Anyone who as any of the other games in this series should have this game, even if you dont have the other games in the series, this is definetaly worth buying.

The single player gaming is really fun and entertaining. Multiplayer online is the best thing to play on this game. Their are so many different game types to play and even a free mode.

Its a great game overall. Improved graphics, even though I've not played previous ones other than gta on psp. Niko is a very likeable main character. Very in depth game as it comes from rockstar games. This game is rated M violence, etc. Not recommended for children, but kids tend to get this games because their parents either are too dumb to check esrb or w/e. I actually got bored after a while. I got it because of the hype. My mom was disappointed with me getting it, so that added to me not playing. I tried connection to mp (multiplayer) but it wouldn't allow me. Overall, good experience, anyone over age of 18 that likes sandbox games get it.

ok i just got the game about 5 hours ago. from what i can tell it has great potential. i am a ps2 dork, i grew up on it. now i have this for xbox the controls are differnt so im still getting used to them and its not easy. i also found that when in a car is pretty hard to make sharp turns. but im sure after i get used to it i will love it. i allways hate my new games untill i get to know them. plus after all the time playing san andreas and vice city i learned every inch of those games now i got a new playing ground to learn about, and its hard because its so big and vast. well overall i would recomend it, its a good game.

Gta 4 is the best game yet it is the reason why i got the 360 i definetely reccomend it and the only bad thing is that uc ant get tanks on it and how hard it is to drive

Personally, I think this game is awesome. The best one out of the series so far. There might be some disappointments such as no airplanes, no military, no car customizing, no trains, and etc, but I think that all the realism and great graphics that they put into the game made up for some of the loss. The cheats are harder to put in since you have to enter through his cell phone, but I like that better because I'm such a cheat junkie, and with all the time you have to spend going on his phone and dialing the numbers in, it just isn't worth using cheats in this game. I would deff. recommend this game to a friend.

GTA 4 is one of the most fun games you will ever play. If one day you are in the mood for a challenge, even if you already beat the incredibly long (and amazing) story, then there are plenty of things to do. You can hunt down dangerous criminals, steal cars for money, or even become an assassin. But, if your in the mood for just having a little fun, then there are plenty of things for that too. You can drive around the city, go bowling with friends in the game, or go online just to screw around for a while. But no matter what you want in a game, GTA 4 has it, and it is definitely worth buying.

fantastic game, this is what all the other gta games should have been like. the story is great and keeps u interested and the game plays and looks just as good.

Grand theft Auto 4 on the Xbox360. Awesome game, run around and do anything you want. Especially great at the new 20 dollar price point!

Grand Theft Auto IV is simply an amazing game. The euphoria engine creatures very realistic and amazing physics. The Rage engine which is used for the cars in GTA IV is also very realistic and amazing. The story plays like a movie and you're in control every step of the way. I could go on and on about how amazing this game is but it would take a month to cover the experience it has brought me and some of my friends. This is a must buy or at least a must rent several times since you won't see the same thing more than once. The city is alive and you're just one more person visiting it.

It has to be the best GTA yet! More realistic and more exciting than any of it's predecessors. Very challenging and just an all around fun game.

Fun fun fun game period. The game is awesome one player game and it never gets borring. If u get sick of doing the missions just goof around thats the fun it in you can almost do anything in the game. You can just go find secret places and even take cars,motorcycles,bikes whatever you can drive and have fun all over the city. I would get this game cause you will never get borred you can always use your mind and come up with somthing fun to do. Go to your local Best Buy or order it online now!!! this game is awsome i have been a gta fan for a long time and this game is by far the best gta the graphics and sound is just like real the only thing i would say bad about this game is that when you do a mission and you die or loose the guy your chasing you have to start all the way over and it sucks cause some you get so far then you have to start over thats the only really thing i could say they should put checkpoints in the missions besides that this game is great and yes i would highly recommend it.

From beginning to end, GTA puts you in an an immersive, busy world that you wont want to stop playing. its funny at times, serious but you never get tired of it. lots of places to go and things to do. rockstar took it further than they have yet in detail and experience. anyone will love this game despite its adult themes and story. the online play will have you hooked for quite a while whether with friends or random players, in one city or the entire map. buy this game asap and enjoy.

The small glitches and pop-ins referenced above in now way hampter the gaming experience brought forth by the guys and gals at Rockstar. They have produced one of gamings cornerstones for the future of open-world gameplay as well as written and artistically captured a great mix of dialogue, architecture and graphical beauty. GTA IV is one for the ages and it is worth it's weight in gold.

Im not sure if its my 360 or not but sometimes when you are driving in a 'banshee' or 'comet' really fast, all of the sudden the road ahead will turn gray or something and the graphics will load as you slow down, but its not anything major...... the upside is that this game is SO addicting, nothing gives you more satisfaction then starting a 6 star riot vs the cops and getting away, im about 10 hours in already and have 25% of the game done, so there is obviously a lot to do

I just got this game for my Xbox 360, but I've also been playing it at my friend's appartment on his PlayStation 3. I can't say enough about this game, really, because it's just plain awesome. No other game that I've been playing comes even close to this one. I bet everyone that Grand Theft Auto IV gets "Game of the Year" award! It not only deserves 5 stars, but it deserves like ... 10 golden stars! I hope there will be a Grand Theft Auto V. ** waiting in anticipation **

This game should be the game of the year. So far. There are a few other games that are coming out that might just be the runner up. This game is not intended for kids. Very real and graphic. Just like all the other ones. I almost wanted to play through the story line again just because it was so fun. Definitely not the typical GTA where all you do is blow stuff up. Although you can just play through it like that if you want. One of the best games I have ever played!!
