My oldest son loved the game. I am not a fan of violent games. It does have realistic graphics and a good selection of cars.

this is a cool game just don't play with small kids around as it is FULL of violence!!!

Good story line, i like that you can switch between characters at any point in the game, do car upgrades from your iPhone

Fun game, but not especially challenging. Also wish the game was longer or had more side missions for each character.

As a parent I am not to fond of the the game. I believe it shows to much violence against police officers.

Having gotten the platinum trophy in GTA IV and having played the other ones in the series, I'd say I have had a lot of experience with GTA. After playing GTA V, I think I've had enough of GTA. Nothing is really changed, except for a gimmick where you can now change between characters. The game has an equally poor story just as GTA IV did. If you are a fan of Rockstar's phenomenal game Red Dead Redemption, which had an amazingly memorable story, don't go into GTA V expecting the same. GTA V essentially boils down to detestable characters shouting at each other, each trying to have more machismo than the next. Female characters are either eye candy or essentially non-existent. It can be cool to see Los Angeles recreated in a game, but unless that just amazes you, it's not something I would buy the game for alone. If you just love driving around, shooting guys, being annoyed anytime any of the characters talk, and seeing parody that is sometimes funny (but most often cringeworthy), then this may be the game for you.
