The reviews that are being recorded for this game are well deserved. I have not spent this much time with a game in a long time. It is amazing how I keep finding new and interesting things to do. This game pushes the PS3 to its limits, and doing so has made for an impressive showcase of gameplay mechanics and graphics. The one complaint is the available tracks on the song and no option for a custom soundtrack. If you like modern or classic hip hop you will like the stations available. Excited to see what the online gameplay offers in a few weeks.

Entertaining and fun, enjoy playing online. Hours of fast pace gaming.

So much you can do in this game I have no complaints lots of fun cars to drive the missions are fun great story line can't wait for online play

Story line is innovative and very fun. Lots of missions and things to collect. Immense world. Huge variety of vehicles. The many types of land areas is such an improvement over GTA IV. There is clearly a lot of profanity, violence, and adult situations, which is has been identified on the cover. The violence and adult situations are largely caused by the player. The profanity sometimes feels forced, as it seems you can't walk down the block without getting sweared at. Overall, this is an amazing game. Great graphics, sound, and soundtrack.

This is the best GTA to date. Lots of variety in the missions, and a great story line. Playing multiple characters adds a new dynamic as well.

Always played the series and this one is the best of them all. The story is great and the ability to play three characters is a good feature.

Very awesome game, you feel like your in a real city, very realistic. Entertaining, lots of things to do. not so violent like the one before.

GTA V is a compilation of everything you've ever loved about any single GTA game, all wrapped up into one. The three-character gameplay is innovative and fun, the story is full of satire and dark humor, and there is SO MUCH TO DO! Need a reason to hold off dropping a few hundred dollars on a next gen system? This is it. With almost infinite replayability due to mission replays (switching to different playable characters) and the countless recreational activities throughout the game world, you could be playing this for a *long* time.

Rockstar does it again with GTA5! Just like the previous GTA games this game is huge! You can literally do everything you would want to do and can spend hours just exploring the city without even doing the missions. The game is super addicting so beware if you are not looking to spend too much time playing. GTA5 takes place in Los Santos, which is a mix of Los Angeles and Nevada. The graphics and scenery are really beautiful and it feels like a real city. I have yet to pass the game but I am loving it so far. Highly recommended.

PS3 was clearly saving their best game for last. GTA5 is engaging from the opening mission, all the way through until the story wraps up.

The greatest open world game ever created thus far. 5 years in the making and the masterpiece is out now. Words can not express the expansive, do anything world of GTA. Now it's massive, concise, magical, devious, vengeful, and open for the world to see. It's a must have game. If you don't get this game you're not a gamer. The only reason not to get this is that the next gen consoles version will be released in Nov. So you have to wait and wait while people call you crazy for skipping out. Buy it twice because it's that good.

Rockstar has done it again. As of this writing (9/22/13), this game has already amassed $1 billion in sales in just over three days, and rightfully so. The game is addictive, the gameplay is smoother than ever, running off of the same game engine as Red Dead Redemption. Faint of heart gamers need not apply: this game pulls no punches in its storylines, or in the ruthlessness of it's characters. A fantastic playthrough, and with the online game not online yet, and so much to do, there are plenty of hours of play left to go!

This game it's well worth the money. Great story, gameplay it's great, and graphics are good. Definetively a game that you need to have.

Pro: Big improvement from GTA 4. World behaves better and alot of activities. Con: Haven't heard any songs that I have really liked yet. Wish there was a way to turn off some radio stations, or make a mix of just my favorite music like in saints row 3. The AI during races is a bit stupid, they do terrible when you are behind them, but when in front they drive perfectly. (when you have a crash you can see all of them drive past you in a perfect line) Notes: Also online is coming soon, can't wait to see what that is like.

An incredibly deep gaming experience. If you love the Grand Theft Auto series you will not be disappointed. A very well developed and thought after game brought to the gaming world by the legendary Rockstar Games. Great mini games such as tennis, hunting, street racing, golf, triathlons and others. Incredible voice acting. The largest scale for a video game I have ever seen with no loading whatsoever. This game shows that if developers give more time to their games that anything is possibly, even on current gen hardware.
