I'll start this review by saying my PS3 went down 02/2014 - no games seemed worth getting the PS4 yet. Ended up getting White PS4 Destiny Bundle - love it. As for GTA5 - I was due for the game because A. I like it and B. I no longer had the PS3 version to play. It's amazing. $60 amazing? Probably not. But because I traded the useless PS3 version it only cost me $40. Worth closer to the $40. You wouldn't think adding a few bushes, animals, and a 1st person would be, but here we are... But it's beyond that! The visual upgrade from the PS3 is stunning - yes stunning. The rain is my favorite change. It's beautiful - thanks Rockstar! Now I wish there would have been an option for us PS3 version owners to do some sort of swap (even for a small sum) but, meh... Last two things though... 1st person play - don't like it. It just doesn't feel like a GTA game, imo. I've attempted the switch a few times, but it's just... not the right feel - maybe I'm wrong? And the other thing - I noticed a lot of people saying they preordered the game and wondered where their upgrades were... mine came in two forms - both email AND directly on my receipt when I picked up my game. You might check those two items - just a thought - if your codes aren't there, of course, I can't help you, unfortunately. Finally, if you're looking to re-buy this game - wait - last year it went on sale for $35 within two months of release date. Bought the game at release for myself and was back at BB two months later getting it for $35 for my dad. Frustrating, to say the least. If you're a parent thinking of getting the "new edition" for your kid - don't do it - for two reasons - it's rated M17 for a reason and I'm tired of hearing you complain after you didn't do your research and secondly, you've already spent your hard earned money once on the PS3 version - how many times did little Billy take out the trash to burn you for another $60 for the same game? Think about it...

Type of game that brings you in with the story and keeps you in with the madness that you can unleash at any time.

Went Black Friday shopping planned on getting the PS4 since Gamestop was already out and figured I would pick up this little number even though I bought it for the PS3 when it came out

Realistic living game world, choose your path and pay the price.

It's the same game but looks better, though there's gonna be some dl content soon

I thoroughly enjoyed GTA5. The main plot line is incredibly engaging, and the three lead characters are wonderfully brought to life through voice and motion capture. Humor and mayhem! Highly recommended.

GTA games never cease to amaze me. The size and scope of this game is off the charts as there are so many things to do. The option to do things your way and make decisions on when you want things to happen is awesome. Though the game is so open, the story aspect has not been compromised at all. I loved all the characters as they each were extremely unique and likable in their own quirky ways. This is a killer app for the PS4 - a must own!

This game is amazing, the graphics are great, the missions are fun, and this keeps every age entertained!!
