I won't tell you that it was TOTALLY worth buying this game all over again (previously bought for my PS3), but I will tell you that the Rockstar has added some visual polish to this game that added to it's eye-candy appeal. I do enjoy the extended 30 player capacity and new jobs that have been added. I look forward to more DLC with this game.
