Rockstar Games is horrible

The gameplay is okay, but the online servers and customer service from Rockstar is horrible. Within a couple of hours of playing, I had my first experience being "banned" from another player's complaint. Still no idea what I did that got me there. After reading up online, it appears this is the norm. And, I can expect at some point to be permanently banned with no recourse or understanding as to why. Customer service from Rockstar is canned responses. Would not recommend any game from Rockstar, and will not purchase another one.
