Buy it. Don't think about it just do it. Except if you're under 14 years old because it's violent and not suitable for kids.

Very good game and keeps me coming back for more. Completed GTA4 and aim to complete this, but I think it'll take some time!

Love the GTA games for the vast maps and fun missions, this one had good missions but not many and i wish there was a way to financially and statistically enhance your character greatly and purchase more property during the story not way after when it doesnt matter

My kids love it for the graphics and action but I wish there was a PG 13 version

Great addition to the GTA series. Beautiful and expansive. And with the recent turn up of the online side it's a great buy.

After a long wait for GTA5 it does not disappoint!! Great gameplay and good storyline. I am still a fan of this franchise!!

My review isn't about the game. I believe real gamer's, like myself, already know the great features in this game. My review is for parents. Do you research. There is a lot of different things that go on during this game. Be careful what you buy them. I would not recommend any kid under 14 or 15 (maturity level in mind) playing this game, like I saw on opening night. Some parents in line with kids that didn't look older than 11. These will be the same parents nagging later about this game.

So, I have owned this game for a little over a week now and have been thoroughly engrossed into the sprawling world of San Andreas (again)!. The world is HUGE! Even exploring by plane. I thought the intertwining storylines of the three main characters was going to be a little distracting but quite the contrary. I have found it to be a nice change of pace for this long running series. Each of the characters has his own special abilities, which gives them a uniqueness in terms of playability (i.e. not playing the same character in a different skin). Heist planning is also a great addition to the game. Making earning a lot of money a little easier. Not so much grinding for the dough. The only thing I found to complain about so far is the radio station music. Just not as great as in some past iterations (Vice City), but there are some gems. Haven't checked out the online portion yet. so cannot review that .

This game is a must have. There's fighting, racing, shooting and more. Plus you get to play as three different characters.

So far it has been a great experience with this game, well beyond my expectations and I'm not even halfway through it yet!

Played with my 12 year old for 8 hours first day. It was his BDay present. Seems like there is always someplace new to go!
