Excellent entry in the GTA universe
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the most anticipated games in the last few years and overall definitely lives up to the hype. Huge world, great story, great characters and quality music along a great original soundtrack (A first for a GTA game.) If you're a fan of this series, then you definitely should get this game. Highly recommended.

Best game yet of the series
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned every Grand Theft Auto game since Grand Theft Auto III on the Playstation 2. GTA V is by far the best one yet. So much detail went into this game, from the vibrating of the rubble strips on the road to the way the car ticks after you get out of it, the game has come a long way since GTA III. While the graphics are also some of the best for the 360, it now feels slightly dated as we get closer to the release of the PS4 and Xbox One. Also, I notice some popup once in awhile, but that in no way effects gameplay in a negative way. The only other bad thing I could possibly think of is how short the storyline felt. For some reason, I remember the older GTA games feeling like they lasted a whole lot longer, and were much more challanging. With the new checkpoint system, that challenge kind of goes away, resulting in a much faster storyline. However, there is still so much more to do once the story is beat, that I continue to stay up all night playing it everyday. For anyone who is a fan of the GTA series, or any genre really, I highly recommend GTA V!

Worth the wait, recommend it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great game - engaging story, goes back to the original recipe of what makes a GTA game great. Wide range of possibilities in the massive open world. Assembly your team for various missions does not feel tedious at all, the ease in switching team members brings a new level of NPC/PC cooperation in story mode.

Simply amazing on all fronts.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game shows just what time does for a game. Yes it took 5 years for it to come out but man does it show it. This game looks amazing, plays extremely well, and there's so much to do and see that before you know it you've spent 5 hours or more in one play through! This is a must buy game without a doubt.

Completely Open Ended
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't say much that most others haven't said. There is SO MUCH HERE, you can really do just about whatever you want. Do the story, or don't. The game is equally as engaging. Can't wait to really try the online version. And I hope Rockstar plans on adding upgrades/new story/new maps. Completely amazing!

Excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GTA V is the best game I've played. The story is excellent, and features great characters, and very funny dialogue. There is tons of stuff to do in this game. Lots of places to go and things to see. This game is not for kids, so parents please read the ESRB rating before you buy any game for your child.

Improvement over GTA4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GTA5 is an improvement over GTA4. GTA5 hosts 3 main characters which is a change from the series usual single character. Each character has a unique personality with different goals and conflicts. Each has qualities that you learn to love about them and others you learn to dislike. In addition the map has been improved. Larger doesn't always mean better, but this is an improvement from the 4th. Instead of being stuck within the city, you have the city and the Sonora desert to explore. Each has it's own unique sections in it as well. From the small towns in the middle of the desert or trailer parks, to the business center or vinewood hills in Los Santos. The biggest issue I've had is sometimes I have graphical bugs in the game. During the night dark colors give a look like it is covered with oil and I've had trouble making it appear as it should be. Otherwise the game is very good. The story is interesting and it is great to see how the different main characters act while they are with the other main characters or on their own.

Amazing Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is so fun. The story line is great so far, and it has so much to do other than the story. Every time I play I find something new to do. Would really recommend this game, except if you are not the appropriate age, there are some bad things in the game that a little kid should not be playing.

Bienvenidos a Los Santos Chicos
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is beautiful. The sanbox world is top shelf in today's games...but that doesn't make it perfect. A lot of people will tell you that it's GTA so just buy it. I'm not one of them. The storyline is great...but it doesn't suck me into it like it did with Niko in GTAIV...however, the gameplay more than makes up for it. The driving mechanics are much improved (however I really wish you could save cars easier being that it costs an arm and a leg to upgrade vehicles and then boom you get lost in one mission and it and your money are gone forever) and as awesome as it is to have more than one playable character in terms of variety and the length of the story, it's not as inviting to me as it could be if you were just trevor or just franklin you know?...like Niko, you grew to love to fight for Niko in GTAIV, but in this game it feels slightly more "saints row" than GTA with having more than one character in the story...still give it a 9.9/10. It is definately still GTA but i'm a bit partial to Liberty City than to Los Santos.

If you're thinking about getting this game, do it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game has everything you'd expect from a great GTA. The story and characters are what really shine and keep you invested. The open world is vast and amazing and the level of detail is mind boggling. I highly recommend this game to anyone who has enjoyed any of the previous GTA or Rockstar games.

Amazing game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is simply amazing. They did everything right on this one the music, the mini games, controls, graphics, everything. The ability to go back and forth between characters is a great addition. Only one complaint... no Las Venturas or San Fiero. I'm hoping them will be available through DLC's.

Fantastic game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GTAV is a huge improvement over GTAIV! The map is gigantic, with endless areas to explore. The storyline in my opinion has improved, the game provides more options for customization, improved driving dynamics and vehicle selection, and significantly smoother graphics. Overall GTAV is a great game!

Best addition to the series
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great game. Been playing non stop since we picked it up on day one. The story line is really good and so far Trevor is me favorite one to play as. Graphics are good and the map is huge! I did like the music in GTA 4 better but that a minor nit pick. By far this is the best addition to the series.

GTA Storytelling has never been better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best of the series so far! They made driving better, shooting better, no stupid cell phone always interrupting you with friends you have to keep happy. All of the characters you play are interesting and the heist missions are cool. Nico was awful and whiny. The story is actually interesting so far.

It's GTA...'nuff said
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GTA V is an amazing game. Deep story coupled with amazing graphics and fluent gameplay make this absolute joy to play. The writing and voice acting really stand out as the best in the series. The multiplayer is a joke. Glitch filled and so boring. R* should have not gave this game a multiplayer.
