Returned game never refunded

I bought it online and returned it in store. The customer service guy inside the Topeka, KS store told me it would be refunded to my account in 3 business days. I asked for a receipt he told me I didn't need one, I would receive an email soon. I returned it on December 26th and have not gotten my refund. I called the store and they told me there's no record that I returned it, and I still haven't received the email receipt like he said. I will not be doing business with best buy again.

Just the freezing and then it restarting itself suck especially if you didn't get a chance to save it then you have to play it over.

The storylines on the older versions were more concise and purpose driven. Firing controls especially when driving are very sloppy. Most online features do not work.
