Very disappointing to get a new game and then it won't load.

I have to agree with IGN, this is by far the BEST game I've ever played. The story is interesting and keeps you playing to find out what's going to happen next, and you can't complain about the graphics for being current gen. The last Rockstar game that had me hooked and was very well done was Red Dead. Overall, the gameplay, graphics, story, and eagerly awaiting GTA Online, I'd say Rockstar has outdone themselves again. Keep up the great work! P.S parents, I STRONGLY advise not buying this for your kid.

Rockstar has released another Game of the Year quality title with GTA V. This is a huge game, folks. There is a story to follow, but the amount of side activities and events can leave a player overwhelmed in the beginning. There are 3 main characters with different special abilities that you can switch between on-the-fly, and once you get the hang of things in this massive open world, you find yourself amazed by the amount of detail Rockstar has put into this game. Be ready to spend at least 100 hours in this game, because once you are done with the story mode, you can move into multiplayer. GTA V will definitely give your money's worth. The controls have been refined. Gunplay is tight and similar to Max Payne 3. The driving physics have been refined, ala Midnight Club LA. Everything has been tweaked by using knowledge from Rockstar's previous experiences. The only downside is you SHOULD NOT install the Play Disc to your HDD. The reason is the game was designed to read off the HDD and Play Disc at the same time. You can read more info on this online. Also, do not play with kids around. There is a tremendous amount of R-rated content.

Rockstar has done it again! This game is great! The gameplay and graphics are outstanding! The story line and the ability to switch between characters on the fly really adds a new dynamic to the traditional GTA experience. The only negatives I have at this time are they online synching issues between Rockstar's Social club and the fact that the Ifuit application is not available for Android users as of review time. It would have been nice to have the application released at the same time as the Apple versions so that we all get to enjoy it equally.

I've always been hot and cold on the GTA series of games, but the reviews for GTA V intrigued me and after beating the single-player campaign, I can say with certainty that it is the second-best game (Red Dead Redemption still being No. 1) I played on the XBOX 360. Very compelling story, graphics that pushed the boundaries of the last-gen systems and gameplay mechanics that finally made me feel like I was in complete control of my character. Buy it.

my favorite out of all the GTA's! Looks great on the xbox 360 and the missions keep you engaged. Not for the faint of heart but that's what you get when playing GTA.

This game contains excessive and gratuitous violence. There is no reason for this amount of violence to be in a video game. I highly recommend it.

This game is pretty much perfect, the driving is fun the characters are all unique and the graphics are great when you consider the hardware that this game runs on. The game is very fun but I definitely would recommend that no one under the age of 17 play it due to amount of violence and other adult situations.

Great game, lots of fun to play with friends. Can't wait for the PC version.

Since the 90s, Grand Theft Auto has evolved into one of gaming's biggest powerhouses, and this iteration is no different. Grand Theft Auto V is a shining example of what years of work, polish, and clever design can accomplish. The most refined GTA game yet, it boasts dozens of activities, an excellent storyline accompanied with some clever writing, incredible presentation, and a multi-player experience that will keep players coming back for months. Like any other title, there are a few blemishes, but not nearly enough to detract from the experience. A must have title for any hardcore gamer!

The best GTA by far. The setting, the graphics and the story-line are all superb. Could have done without the frontal nudity, but I realize this game is primarily purchased by young men and teen boys.

Grand Theft Auto has always been a great game series and GTA 5 does not disappoint. The story line is similar to others, but it is done in a unique way. The gameplay is on a completely different level. The amount of detail they put into the environment is what makes the game great. You also have the option of playing as different characters that are part of the storyline. The best part is being able to do anything you wish. That's what make these games great. Overall, this is an entertaining game that will not disappoint!

GTA V launched with such high expectations due to developer Rockstar's history for creating awesome, breathing worlds with past games. Even with the bar already set so high, it is amazing to see that not only were their previous high standards met, but exceeded in every way imaginable. GTA V is a true classic and will blow your mind with all the content packed on this game disc. Even if GTA Online fails when it launches Oct. 1, which I highly doubt considering the care taken to craft such a masterpiece with the single player campaign, this game will deserve a 5/5 rating based off of the offline content. Highly Recommended (for anyone 18+ years old).

Great game, so many things to do could take you days to go from one end of the city to the other without even doing the storyline missions. Great added feature to story mode is that if you fail a story mission 3x in a row, you can skip it, so if you are stuck, you can still progress without getting frustrated and losing interest. Awesome graphics, great storyline, and awesome voice acting. Multiplayer will be out October 1st, and that will add even more value to a great game. Just don't let the kiddies play this, as it is borderline indecent at points, and is not intended for that audience

It's Grand Theft Auto, what can I say? They get better each time, and this one is no exception. You get to follow multiple characters involved in the same story line and see how their actions effect each other. And if you're bored with missions, you can play online against others, and even form rival gangs or mobs. It takes up tons of HD space, but you won't regret it.

GTA5 is the best game of all time. It has a great storyline that is long, entertaining and unpredictable. There is a ton of stuff to do in the game and everything is extremely detailed. I love the characters they are funny and add a lot of depth to the experience. The game world is huge and diverse. This game is worth every penny. If you were to buy one game in your lifetime this would be the game to get.

Very good game but you will most likely need a usb to download the game software, unless you have a 250Gb Xbox 360.

I loved this game. It was quite long with three very engaging and unique main characters. The game tells quite a serious story, but with plenty of comic relief. This is, by far, the best GTA game to date.
