Rockstar didn't fail us this time around. GTA 5 takes place in a California-centric world of San Andreas. The map which is the largest for Rockstar and any other company for that matter, is filled with many great activities. Everything that Rockstar has done since their creation was incorporated in this game. It will be surprising to see what Rockstar has for us after something as incredible as this!

GTA has always been the game that changes the game industry for the season. But this time they have really outdone itself. The gameplay is amazing, the story is great, in fact I would say this is the last game one would need. You can do everything from playing sports like golf, tennis etc to driving and shooting... I cannot think of another great game in which one can do so many lifelike things...

This game is amazing, it is the best GTA by far. From the beautiful graphic to the challenging and limitless gameplay this game is a definite 5 stars. The story is great and pretty emotional in a few parts. I personal just going around doing stupid things in multiplayer like crashing planes into people and driving off mountains. This game is a bit slow to load up, but it is well worth the wait.

I've already put several hours [and have barely scratched the surface] into this game and have been consistently blown away by the story line, graphics, and game play! Rockstar has has blown away the mold that they had set themselves years ago with their monsters hits. You can see how hard they worked on this game and why it was named by Forbes as the "Biggest Entertainment Launch In History".

This game did $750mm when it came out, and it's obvious why. Although the game is slightly slow loading initially (especially online mode) as well as when you're done with online missions, but with how in-depth everything is, I can't say that I'm surprised. The map is enormous, the missions are fantastic, and the content (playable characters, locations, cars, etc) just keeps getting better.

Love this game, from pimping hoes to killing cops, it's everything I wanted in real life but in a game

If you have played any of the other GTA games available and have enjoyed playing them, this is one to buy. The map is huge and you are allowed quite a bit of freedom early on. Decent story and I enjoyed being able to switch between characters during play to do their individual stories as you go. A lot more cars and customization also was a lot of fun.

i bought this game after receiving my paycheck from burger king. supplemented with my allowance, i was able to get this and my wii u finally. on topic, the game is great, the story is goood, and i can play cops and robbers with my 14 internet friends. dis game also lets you get tats like i wanna get with my xbox live bros. 5/5 awesum, but i can't wait for my parents to buy me call of duty.

After a lackluster GTA IV, my faith has been restored in the series with GTA V. The characters are wonderful, and they have to be, as you get to play three of them, rather than one. And unlike some of the more conflicted characters from earlier in the series, at least two of them are wholly in the life. The craziest, is of course Trevor, a psychotic meth dealer who is easily channeling early Jack Nicholson. Then there is Franklin, a gangster wannabe, who is finding that the gangster life is a bit too small-time for him. Then there is the ex jewelry thief Michael, who is forced to make a big score, which draws a lot of unwanted attention from Trevor and from the feds, who soon use him to achieve their own aims. The graphics on this game are about as good as I've ever seen, and the landscape is ambitions. Los Santos alone would be enough, but then you can go north to the badlands and the desert, to enjoy yourself. The gameplay is ambitious, with a major story, along with a lot of familiar and new activities, including racing, rampaging, towing, tennis, golf, movie-watching, TV-watching and many many others. The only (minor) flaw the game has is that the volume on the radio stations is often far too quiet compared to the sounds going around in the city. Perhaps there is a way to higher the volume in the game itself, but I haven't been able to find it. But aside from that, the game is flawless thus far.

I got this game two days after it came out and have beat story mode in 4 days. The story mode is unbelievable. The cars that they have are unbelievable. The heists are unbelievable. Every mission on campaign i enjoyed. The online game play is very fun to play with your friends. You can mess around in the city, fly planes, do missions, death matches, races and even parachute of a helicopter. An expierence no other game will bring to you. GTA V is worth your money!

It's amazing what they were able to pull off this time around. Aside from having to wait for GTA Online till well after launch, this game is awesome.

A gangster/underworld interactive story. Loved this game from start to finish. Some missions are over the top but that's what gaming is about.

An awesome game for anyone who is a fan of the GTA series. This GTA is pretty intense, and takes the "graphic nature" of this game to a whole new level. But still entertaining as hell. I would definitely not recommend this for kids under 18 as certain "scenes" with females are very graphic. But the interaction and switching between multiple characters in the game is pretty seamless.

Love how they make these games better and better ive been a fan since the original grand theft auto but this one here i must say is the best so far

One of my all-time favorite games. The open world pulls you in and makes it difficult for you to put your controller down. A definite must-play.

Awesome Title. By far the best games I have played in a while. There are endless amounts of activities so this is literally what you make of it.

Overall this game is fantastic. You spend hours doing the same kinds of things that you have always done in GTA but don't feel cheated. There are some options involved with some of the main missions which makes you feel in more control, the ability to move around as three different interacting characters keeps things fresh as well. I would like to see more openness to the world; most of the buildings are props and offer no interaction ability. There should be more ability to gain access to homes, apartment buildings, shopping, etc. (think the mall in Vice City) to really explore than simply blasting a hundred miles per hour through town between tasks. The cops are non-existent until you break a law and then even a one star wanted level can draw half a dozen cops shooting you down the minute you start to flee; also very difficult to get into pay n spray successfully, prepare to find a dark alley or shadowy spot and put your controller down and wait for the cops to give up which feels like forever. The characters seem to move around the world better and I have only touched the surface and my critiques are minor, this game as it is will still entertain for hours and hours until a new one comes along. The graphics have improved but still have that GTA feel to them, sound is pretty good and seemingly endless new content when interacting with the world.

So far, this is one of the best GTA's I've played and I have them all. This is one of those franchises you will never really put down.. aside from the sheer beauty of this game, its really put together nicely from graphics, story, side missions and just the ability to suck you in and keep you playing over and over. I really can't get enough. They did the GTA franchise justice.

Driving, shooting, missions, crime, things you probably shouldn't see, flying, skydiving, chillin'! This game has it all. The game is cemented together by 3 strong and unique characters with fascinating story-lines. By the end of the game, you have an affinity for these guys even though they're kind of deplorable. The giant open map, lets you play like you want. So much fun.

This game is an amazing and completely stunning sequel to the GTA series. Rockstar went all out for this one and obviously did a very good job from the upgrade from GTA IV to GTA V. The storyline is a lot more interesting seeing as there are now 3 characters to play as rather than always being stuck one character. It gives you a variety of different types of missions and things to do. Also giving different styles in each character making it more interesting by seeing how each character will approach things differently. The virtual world of GTA V is enormous and gives the players a lot of freedom to roam around this large map and do pretty much anything they want. Much more expanded than GTA IV. GTA V makes it feel more realistic with lots of the added activities, such as tennis, skydiving, hunting, etc. So you not only have fun while playing the storyline, maybe even between missions or after you have beaten the game you still have a large amount of other things to do. Another thing that is amazing about this game is they brought back a lot of the things that were in the older GTAs, such as GTA III and GTA Vice City bringing back a lot of the requested and fun filled activities, such as the rampage missions. This game is overall perfect in the features it brings compared to the other GTAs. Definitely beat all the others by a mile.
