Story mode is an add-on, so you would need to buy GTA 5 Online in order to play it. ......... I do not pay for online so this game is useless for me ..... Just lost $20.00 ...... Nowhere on the package does it say you must have online to be able to play single player mode

It doesn't have enough content to warrant the 60 dollar price tag though.

Good upgrade for less than $19
