I was able to use this phone immediately. When a question arose, the staff at Great Call was able to help me. So glad I purchased this phone.

i like that its a smart phone and so many more things can do then old flip phone even though trying to take it one step at a time- nice to have apps though trying to limit them due to budgets and nice to be able to have a caleander to use when needed on phone

Bought for my dad who we include on our unlimited Verizon plan. Wanted something simple and easy to use and this seemed like just the thing. Great Call said their phones were "100% unlocked" and they use the Verizon network for their own plan. I assumed that I could just add to my Verizon plan. Unfortunately, they are incompatible and the cynic in me suspects that is an intentional decision to prevent using the phone outside the Great Call network. The phone is cheap and they don't charge to move onto another network (something I would have willingly paid) so it looks like their business model is more based on monthly churn than hardware adoption. In any event, good phone for seniors if you are willing to stay on their janky plan but not if you want to include in an existing family plan.

Great product. I bought it as a gift for my mother and she love it.

My father-in-law has been using Jitterbug phones for years and they work really well for him. He has been wanting a smartphone, so I picked this up for him. Works great with a nice, large clear display. My only complaint is that it takes a few steps to make a simple phone call, something my father-in-law didn't have to deal with on his original Jitterbug.

I have had several run in's with smart phones, and invariably thrown in the towel. This time I am encouraged enough to push myself through the process of getting the phone to work. Had some issues with gmail; but with some help from geeks I was able to get this phone to work. It's worth some of your effort to get familiar with it.

This Jitterbug Smart phone meets all of my needs. It is easy to see and use. Very happy with it.

Our JItterbug phone has been easy to learn & Great Call associates made the activation call simple. This is our 1st smart phone, so the easy user friendly phone is what we wanted.

This phone was bought for my father who has little experience with technology. He picked it up and understood it very quickly with the easy to read and use menus. The phone holds a charge for more than a day and hasn't had any issue yet!
