Have had Jitterbugs before and always liked them. Would recommend them to others, support is in the United States not elsewhere as some of the other cell phone companies have.

Phone would be very good for a senior user. Large screen and easy to see.

I have had several phones (flip and trac and smart) and this Jitterbug that I purchased at Best Buy in Williston, VT is the easiest and most readable phone ever!

easy to use and to send texts and emails, download apps etc. Send a text, tap text. Send an email, tap email. I'm 60 years old and like it, very simple.

It is to expensive foe people with tight budgets. When I contacted the company to set up monthly payments I was dismayed at what was offered. I returned phone for this reason and ordered from another source which gave me affordable rates monthly.

Got for my 88 yr old mom. She wanted a Smart phone, but all were to difficult to operate. Nice & easy to operate. Idiot proof. So nice that I wish I had one

I had a "touch phone 3 from "Jitterbug" previously, and it was just OK. My husband still has the simple flip phone from jitterbug (he likes it very much). However, I wanted to have a smart phone that was simple to use that is able to do everything most everyone else's phone does including my kids & grandkids. The new "Jitterbug Smart" phone is great. It does it all, and the service through "Great Call" has low cost plans that fit everyone's needs. Also, there are no contracts. I Love, Love, Love my new phone. My sister-in-law was so impressed she bought one for herself.

I have already learned about half of the commands (and I don't use many of the rest of them). I have found the phone to be really straight forward and easy to use.

I got this for my senior father who hasn't ever had a smart phone. It's simple and the company GreatCall was very helpful with set up. Also it was cheaper to buy from Best Buy than GreatCall.

She and I like the large face and touch pads. A short learning curve for an I - phone user but easy to navigate through choices. Also lots of service coverage.

Setup is an immense pain, but once it's set up it's very easy to use for the end user. My only other criticism is the microphone isn't great.

Needed to upgrade my mother from a flip phone, but didn’t need all the smart phone bells and whistles. I loved that we could get the 5 star alert services right on her phone. Prices are better than through a typical carrier also.

My mom is looking forward to using this phone & trying to text by using the speech to text feature.

This phone is for my sister who never had an android smart phone and it is VERY easy to use. She is picking up texting very quickly! She loves it!
