I enjoy the simplicity of. Using the Jitterbug smart phone. Still ironing out a. Few problems, but like it.

So this was the cel phone my mom really wanted. I bought it for her...and then after reading the instructions, I kind of figured out stuff. But it was really hard and she still has trouble with it. Especially with texting. While the key pad and home page is large, the texting keys are not. It probably would have been easier to get her an iphone!

This product was promised to give simple easy to use access for a senior citizen to have phone and internet access.

After much searching and searching this seems to be the best for my mom

The phone was good but I had problems setting it up. I cancelled my contract. I need to return the phone.

I purchased this phone for my 90 year old mom and cancelled her ATT windows phone. Big mistake. Both the external and standard speakers are weak, worse than her old windows phone. The software is confusing and inconsistent. Some calls are answered by taping answer other calls have to be answered by sliding a circle. Mom is frustrated and can't get at least 50% of calls answered. Call quality is also inferior. If you call support you will be on hold forever and then get a person who is difficult to understand and who can't help. I hate this because I was so looking forward to mom having a phone with a loud speaker that was easy to use. This phone is the opposite. Sorry to say, phone is bad and Great Call even worse. Don't even consider this phone and service.

Great for seniors who requires a smartphone with large buttons.

Although the size and weight are to my liking, the rest of the phone is not. The phone is slow to respond with any apps. The internal memory barely is able to store but a few pictures and videos. Sound quality is poor and when making calls phone suddenly hangs up in middle of conversation. Besides the weight, the only other thing in it's corner is it does appear to be durable. I'm hard on phones and it does hold up better than most smart phones. But for the $130 I spent on it, it is not worth it at all.

This is the phone if you just want to send a couple text, get/make a phone call, and most important speak with an American representative if you need help, need a Lyft driver to pick you up, or need instructions on how to use your phone.

My wife isn't a tec hie but is taking to this phone easily.

I purchased this for my 80 year old father that has always had a flip phone. It is taking some time and retraining but so far he is doing good with it. It is sometimes a little slow reaction time. Great call has been very helpful and they will answer any question you have.

I had some trouble getting the old phone number transferred over to the new phone.

Bought as gift for elderly mom. She likes except for major design flaw for elderly. The speaker is both too low for ring sound especially if in purse. Why is speaker on back? Even worse to hear voice messages. Voice sometimes is garbled.

overall happy with the phone. it was not as easy to set up as i thought it would be.

The features are great on this phone but not as simple as advertised
