Bought this for my mother who wanted to have a phone like everyone else.

I will probably update this response once I get used to using my smartphone.

Good back-up, easy to use, voice text works well and is easy to find.

Great phone. Easy setup and excellent service from customer service for setup. Bought this for an elderly relative. In the end we found the many options on the phone (even in the "easy mode") was too much to handle for this particular individual.

Got this for my mom and she is very happy, and now feels like she is "up to date" without all the hassles of a regular smart phone. Jitterbug done well & best buy is the go to place!

I have only had this phone for almost 3 weeks and I totally regret it for so many reasons that I couldn't fit it all. What really upsets me is I normally take out the extended warrant but the price was kind of high and the sales assoc agreed the other thing that makes me upset is that Best Buy only gives you two weeks to return an item. I went back on 7/5/ it expired on 7.4/ and they were not open on that day it's a holiday is that my fault? that is not enough time in my opinion not even close especially for something like this

I purchased this smart phone for my Special Needs Autistic son. Wonderful product. Just what I was looking for, but couldn't find at the Big Name cellphone providers!

As a senior citizen with my first ever smart phone, I am a little intimidated by this phone, but with the help of my son, I'm learning the basics and find it's not too bad after all. You can teach and old dog new tricks!

Overall, a very good phone for seniors. Easy to understand and use. Not using a phone that frequently, I wanted a phone that would not intimidate me with a reasonable monthly cost. This phone is perfect for me.

Nice phone with 5.5" screen with lots of added apps.
