Great phone, not enough memory, after 3 years needed new phone because of this. Sorry, want to keep phone but no memory left.

Purchased this phone for my 83yr old mom. Although she doesn't have the hang of it yet, it isn't so complicated and intimidating that she has given up yet. She likes the phone.

Purchased this for my dad and he liked the screen size and the fact that he could read the screen. Only problem is the phone would dial his contacts!!

Not being technically savvy, it took me a while to get the hang of this - I'm from the rotary phone generation - but this has everything I need + more.

Depending on what you're looking for in a smart phone, this is adequate for simple performance. The nice thing about Great Call is that its easy to add extra safety features, like 5Star.

It worked great for my friend mother. She is still learning allot of the features, but she is also 95 years old. She does know how to use the phone to dial and check text.

Perfect for what my better half was looking to use.

The phone was easy to set up. Following the Quick Start Guide, I had no problems with the initial startup. The Jitterbug is actually 2 phones in one. It is a phone for Senior Citizens who want absolutely no frills but to talk, get voicemails and have limited apps supplied by Great Call. On the other hand, if you want a Smart Phone, as I did, it requires some basic knowledge of how to install an app and aligning it to your screen. My old phone is a Motorola Razor Droid. When I compare the two, I find many similarities, which I like. You still use the Play Store to get your apps and then you can place your icons where you want. You can even relabel them, which is a feature I also like. Setting up Voicemail was a bit tedious but a call to Great Call solved that. I found the Customer Service to be excellent and fast. A couple of items I wish they’d improve on have to do with the battery, which by the way is not removable. Make sure you switch the Battery Saver option to on. Now, if you charge the phone, the Battery Saver automatically turns off. This, they need to correct. Otherwise each time you charge the phone you have to manually go back in and switch it back on again. Overall, its reception (Verizon Network) is great. The visual is appealing, although the wallpaper choices could be improved. The sound is quite clear. I really like the 5.5” screen and the icons and fonts are excellent. For the price, you really get an excellent value, great service and a very appealing phone. It will replace my Motorola Razor quite nicely.

I bought the phone for someone else. The phone was outstanding but they couldn't find the plan that was best suited for them so i had to return it.

It won't show calls coming in.You get all sorts of weird calls from the service.

Got for MIL who is technically challenged. She is able to use it successfully.

Exactly what we were looking for. Simple instructions. Purchased as an emergency phone and we were able to select the features we wanted.

Bought for 89 year old mother in law. She wanted to replace her flip phone to have one like her friends smart phones. She's happy I'm happy.

My wife and I found it exciting and easy to use. Too bad my 93 year old father-in-law could not remember what we tried to teach him in using it.

I bought this phone for a friend as she can not see very well. The # on it are excellent in size for her to be able to make calls.

The Jitterbug Smartphone was reasonably priced, does everything my old smartphone did, but is so much easier to use.

Although the picture quality was superb, set up and activation were a pain. Plans were difficult to navigate and not always making sense.
