Not accessible

However, we discovered that there is NOWHERE that you can observe and look at it to determine if it is what is good for you. Then upon ordering and receiving it, we found out we could not even try it out until we spent $35 (non-refundable) to activate it. So, if you want to spend your money to decide you like or don't like an item--go for the Jitterbug!!

Wasn't good buy for me

At first the phone was great then started having all sorts of problems to the point where I had to send back the phone to the phone co., Great Call and they sent me another one.
