I bought this for my Aunt that is in a nursing home. She is having a terrible time holding the phone and hearing on it. Plus where the on off button is she is constantly turning it off.

The phone was expected to be the easiest to use by the elderly person, but It required somebody's assistance on computer to set it up, and the Best Buy store was not able to help, we are still looking for somebody to help to make the phone usable.

I've enjoyed using Jitterbug Smart! It's very easy to use, and easy on the eyes. This phone has large text and icons making it easy to see and use. Menus are simple. I like the idea that it has the "5Star" button that will summon help when you need it. Also, the size of the phone itself makes it comfortable to hold, and it's large enough so that it doesn't get lost in my bag. I really like the camera. It was extremely easy to take pictures. The only drawback would be the volume on the phone is not loud enough, especially since this phone is designed for Seniors. Other than that, I think this is a great phone for Seniors!

The Jitterbug Smartphone is a great product. As a Senior, I find it to be very user friendly because of the large display and easy to follow format. Texting, phone and camera use are all easy to do. I have previously used one of the most popular smart phones on the market and had a contract with a major carrier. I find the Jitterbug to be very economical in comparison, yet it offers all the features I need. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how much I like the Jitterbug Smart!

Took 45 minutes to activate 2 phones and after every breath they were trying to upsell me.

This device is not for the new or elderly user who needs to migrate from another devices. Pictures and contacts are too difficult and frustrating.

I can’t get some of my messages with this Great Call-Smart Easy-to- Use4G Prepaid Smartphone.

When I first started to explore my Jitterbug Smart I was happy to see the familiar Android set up I was used to seeing , but once I climbed into it I found features that I had not seen on any phone before this one. Seems the Jitterbug Smart's apps are set up to aid an ever growing segment of the the population that has been totally ignored by other so called "Smart Phones"...SENIORS! Yeah, we're not cool, we don't throw money around indiscriminately to own the next new thing, but we use phones, we have needs and the Jitterbug Smart addresses those needs. 1. The Home Screen is laid out is a simple, easy to read manner. 2. The Android operating system that is easy to use and understand. 3. Now this is important! There is a suite of apps that address our health, our conditions and our provides all just a fingertip away. 4. The phone is affordable!!!! In a world of crazy prices for $martphones, the Jitterbug Smart costs less than a down payment for one of those other phones. 5. They have usage plans that fit anyone's needs and pockets. The only drawback I found on the JS was a low megapixel phone. Hey I'm a grandparent and I'm constantly snapping pics of the grandkids. The phone is adequate, but that's it. All in all its a good phone, for a targeted audience at a great price.

I cheap piece of crap and Great Call service even worse

Disappointed with this phone and the plan offered. Wanted to use it for occasional use and emergency purposes only and did not want to include a data plan. You are not able to receive group texts without a data plan. You are better off getting a conventional phone plan. Much happier with a T-Mobile plan.

Bought as a gift for my senior mother. Thought it would be easier than iPhone. Actually it’s more difficult to use and costs $45 month for bare essentials. Regret this purchase.

After 4 phone calls to GreatCall due to not being able to send or receive communications finally a tech came to the conclusion that the phone's semi card might be defective. I did return the phone to Best Buy and they politely replaced it. Have yet to attempt to activate the new one.

Telephone did not have a ??? card either in the phone or in the packaging. A call to customer service resulted in instructions to return the phone to Hummingbird and they would send out a new one.. We have not received it yet. Sorry I can not remember the name of the card.

Have no recollection of even purchasing this product. I don't own a 4G Smartphone. They are too complicated for my tastes & too many gadgets involved with it.

I bought this phone for my mom thinking it would be easy for her to use but it’s not. I wish I would have just paid the extra and got he an iPhone.

mailed phone back 3 weeks ago n called about it....they need some kind of return number that i dont have, but they know they sent t even though i canceled the order

This phone is supposed to be senior friendly but my mom had problems answering the phone. She could text but if a call came in she could never answer.

Poor customer service, when u call jitterbug it takes a hour wait on the phone to reach someone. We had better reception and service area with are old carrier.

Have called 5 times and still have not gotten issues resolved. Calls sound like you are in a hole. Not sure if it is the phone or what

The jitterbug is a very well designed smartphone.the signal strength is insufficient in South Hanover Pa., rendering it useless for normal calls!
