Very disappointed

Her first smartphone & I thought this would be easier for her to use. First, the phone felt cheap from day one. CHEAP. The home button is nothing like an iPhone. The font is large enough (the only plus) but even the "easy to use" verison of this phone was NOT easy to use. All apps starting by sharing her info and created unless text messages that were not wanted. The plan itself... NOT A GOOD DEAL! Extremely expensive. I ended up cancelling this service and added her to my phone plan. Oh and wait time w/Great Calls- minimum 20 mins... When you do speak to a person, they are friendly.

Not compatible with hearing aids.

It is difficult to plug in to charge and contrary to what is claimed, it is not compatible with hearing aids. At least not the one my mother in law has. The software is version 7 and it needs to be version 10. Greatcall is simply saving money by having an out of date software.
