Purchased this CD because of the low price which was lower than other CD's because it came in a lighweight,cardboard generic type packaging. Very cost effective, bought two at this price!

First off, if you like Bruce Springsteen, you know this a great compilation of his music. I am not disputing that, but I would recommend that you purchase the original release not the new one in the Eco packaging. This disc is sold in what is called Eco packaging, which is a nice way of saying the record company is going to make an extra buck by not giving you what you would expect when buying a CD. What you get in the Eco package is a flimsy cardboard sleeve and the CD. What you do not get is the protective jewel case or liner notes. I could have dealt with not getting the jewel case, it's annoying, but not a showstopper, but not getting the liner notes is there way of saying you should have just downloaded the songs. Which is what I would have done if I didn't want a tangible product. For full disclosure, the liner notes are available to download. But it would be difficult to print them in the proper format plus the low resolution scans make the text difficult to read. Those of us who still purchase CDs, we do so because we enjoy having the physical product and artwork in addition to the superior sound quality. This release does not meet expectations.
