    This snow blower feels too lightweight and underpowered for heavy snow conditions. It performed adequately for just two weeks before the motor failed completely—easily the worst product I've owned. Battery insertion and removal from the compartment is frustratingly difficult. I strongly advise against buying it.

    I am ready for snow coming, I found some info from YOUTUDE, most of them said that Greenworks products works fine last long time, I'll try it in the snow day,so I can prove it. Good luck....

    I purchased mine in November 2024, the first snowfall it wouldn't start. I tried reinserting the battery several times. After reading so many reviews of people stating the same issue. I took it back to the store and got my money back. Thanks but no thanks. Please don't waste your money on this crap. I will never purchase anything from this company.

    Used this thing today for the first time. Worked pretty good for about 6” snow. Had tonreally push but thatbfine. After about 10 mins it abruptly stopped. It still had charge in battery but put fresh one in anyway. Still wouldnt start just made weird noise. Tried again after like 15 mins and started pouring out smoke. Returningit now

    battery removal is not properly design. Not worth the price. its 80v but you have to push back and forth in 4 inch snow to remove. Our all rating waste of money. Misleading advertising.

    Barely throws snow. It went about 2 feet most of the time requiring me to start in the middle and push the snow onto another part of my driveway and then slowly move it until it was all on my grass. Tedious and silly.

Try adjusting the chute deflector angle, by positioning the deflector to optimize throwing distance. We have a video that helps explaining how to adjust the chute on your snow blower. Wet, heavy snow requires slower feeding and may limit throwing distance. We hope these tips help provide a better user experience.       Hello MaryO. We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. The most common issue related to a unit not starting is the connection or battery charge. If the charge is full, please make sure the battery clicks into place. Intermittent function can occur when the battery has not been correctly seated into the compartment on the tool. We would also like to go over the starting procedure especially, since it seems that you have two units experiencing the same problem. 1. Press the safety lock button. 2.     1st the handle to turn the shoot did not work. It totally died after 10 minutes of use despite the battery indicator saying it still had a full charge. Returned to store.

    Difficult to remove battery for recharge

    It is very difficult to take battery out from machine for recharge. It is better having a handle to help taking battery out.

To assist you better with removing the battery, ensure the charger is on a flat, stable surface, then firmly grip the battery and pull up while holding the charging in place with the other hand.     The snow blower had a manufacturing defect, the upper half of the handle was much wider than the lower half and could not be attached, rendering the tool useless. Returning the merchandise to a local Best Buy outlet for credit was easy, the staff there was very cooperative and polite.

    Purchased this product from Best Buy during November 2024. With the first snow mid January, tried to clear my drive way. This machine did not turn on. Tried different greenwork batteries but won’t buzz. Spoke to Best Buy, no help. I am wondering why make a product which woukr not turn on in the first place. And if this does not then why not accept the return. Am I supposed to turn it on and do a dry run for everything that I buy? I thought Best Buy was better than that. I have purchased green works products earlier and they worked fine.

    Lightweight Snowblower

    This snowblower is lightweight and works well. The auger is plastic, and I am worried it will break if I hit a rock or uneven walkway. It would be better if it cleared the snow closer to the pavement.

    Lightweight. Easy to use. Operated as advertised. Enough charge to do large driveway as long as you try to do before snow exceeds 6 inches or more. Then if more than about 6 inches, will likely need to re-charge to finish.
