The case around the plugs are alot more durable than most other aux cables

The prongs aren’t gold, but there’s no noticeable loss of sound. It’s braided so it won’t shred, but it’s also cased in plastic so it doesn’t hang well and becomes cumbersome. Not a huge issue just minor inconvenience... speaking of, the ends are capped with clunky guards to prevent more wear and tear, but that can make connecting to certain devices more difficult if the cases aren’t shallow, not to mention storage. Whatevs, it otherwise gets the job done and should last. The only “major” issue is the cold makes it crackle in sound, but that corrected itself unlike other cables which were ruined after unexpected cold snaps while left in a vehicle. I wouldn’t want to risk it again, so you’ll want to carry it on your person.

Works well, perfect length for anyone in the car to access.

I've gone through many audio cables for using the phone apps in my car. This has a good length and large ends for easy removal from the car jack ports. It's the best buy yet!

This is the best built cable of this type that I have owned. I have had issues with numerous aux cables going bad, usually at the point where the cable enters the plug head. This design will help prevent that. It cost me a few extra dollars up front, but I honestly see it saving me money in the end.

Heavy duty cord I use for my work vehicle. The plugs are metal and have a great metal feel. The cord is a nice blue but it has a clear plastic over it that cannot be removed.

This cord worked very well with my phone (Android) and hooked up easily to my car. The cord is long so it makes my phone still accessible when I need it. And when I get a phone call, the cord makes it like a Bluetooth and you can hear the call over the speakers when it is hooked up to the cord.

Seems good so far no problems with it. Just hope it last.

This is the toughest and most durable aux cord I've ever had. Def won't need another one for a long time!! Worth the money. I love mine & bought another for my husbands car.

I initally bought this for my car and it works awesome. Great sound!!!!

I purchased this to go with my Braven wireless speaker. I attach my iphone or my sons Galaxy phone with this cable. Even though my speaker is wireless, I plug it into the Braven and my cell phone can be charged all at the same time. Griffin products is a quality product, been using them for years.

So far I love it. It's not flimsy like the other ones I've gotten before Love the thickness and also length compared to most. It's definately durable and protected more for being handled often and to last long term.
