Solid construction, good insulation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though the cable is similarly priced to the cheaply built color cables as well as apple's own, the build quality seems a cut above. The whole construction seems solid and secure, and a big bonus is better insulation against electrical interference (including ground loops). I mention the last as I have had other cables that caused a hum, especially when the phone was recharging. The Griffin cable had no noise at all in similar usage.
