I purchased this item 3 days ago, charged it for at least 6 hours, and used it without any problem whatsoever. My beard was heavy and I have to say that this did an incredible job in trimming and shaping. I am super satisfied! this a trimmer not a shaver and it does exactly what it was designed to do unless of course you are looking for something that draws blood.
