  • Battery doesn't last 12 hours without charging

    My Geek Squad Certified Refurbished will not hold a charge for 18 hours. I purchased this for the safety feature (will call emergency services and also recognized if you have fallen). When I put in on in the morning, it's out of battery by 6:00PM - doesn't even make it 12 hours.

    Honestly, it was very dirty! As if it had been covered in mud! The truth is, it wasn't very clean! It made me suspicious!
