Awesome soundtrack for an awesome movie
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The concept of this soundtrack is awesome, as it's supposed to be the exact same mix that Starlord's mother made for him in the movie. The song selection is fantastic, and the songs fit into the movie in a very organic way, rather than feeling shoehorned in. The mix tape cover is a cool touch too.

It has some very good classic songs that everyone is sure to like. If you enjoyed the movie then you will surely like the soundtrack. Don't hesitate, go ahead and buy it.

Awesome, but too short.

But I am looking forward to the next Guardians of the Galaxy film almost as much for Awesome Mix 2 as for the film itself. Great songs that should be in everyone's music library without question.
