It never connected to my router

I got this about a week before we were going to leave so that I could try it out. I followed all the directions and I thought it was working but it was only working while I was in the house. The camera would only connect to my phone and not my router, so, therefore, it wouldn't operate the camera while I was away from the house. I couldn't get a hold of customer service I tried to follow their online help but nothing worked. Very disappointed.

Not so good
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Guardzilla for about 1 year. It was then that I need there Support. I could never find someone to help me with the Camera's. I have them sitting in a drawer, and I went to Costco and purchased the Arlo 3 camera package. I have had it for about 2 years, and haven't needed any support help yet. I do like the Arlo system, and have several friends of mine who have switched to Arlo.
