The only problem is that when you want to open the app from your phone. You have to close the app first then reopen it again to view the video.

For the price of $99 it is not a bad deal, I have seen better security systems but not at that price.

Good product would definitely recommend it to someone.

Horrible Product! We tried for hours to get it to work and trying to contact Support was useless. It is supposed to connect through WiFi and has NO Bluetooth option. Product doesn't work al all and had to return. Should have listened to others' reviews Spend the extra $100 on a decent camera that actually works.

Its does great in daylight not so good in the dark. Also I keep having problems with videos when it detects motion.

We purchased this product to keep an ear and eye on my father-in-law to keep him safe. We get alerts when he sits up in bed, so we can be there to aide him. If he calls us anytime while in his room we can hear him, then we can also tell him we are on our way through the speaker. He gets reassured that we can hear him, and will be there. This has helped us reduce the fall risk tremendously!

Works great look view day and night but it doesn't save any video unless you buy a subscription I think it $9.99 a mth

Camera works great, but only if you’re close by and connected to wi-do. When I try to use it away from home the video constantly freezes. I always have to restart the app a couple times until it will unfreeze. The app will sometimes kick me as well.

Support for this item does not exist. No return emails or calls. I want to get that out of the way first and foremost. Numerous calls. Nobody ever answers. Numerous emails. No replies back. After using their service (that requires monthly payment for video storage), I would receive motion alerts. When I would go to check on the activity and thier service showed nothing. It also does not record all motion. You only get about a 30 second clip which may or may not get all activity. Then it won't record anymore activity for about 3 minutes or so. I was very disappointed with this product. I couldn't even return it for another item because I wasn't able to get it back before 30 days but that's my problem. No fault of Best Buy
