More like cheap toy than a security device. Hard to establish a connection and will not stay connected. The alarm randomly went off and would not scare anyone off. There is no way to view events without purchasing a card or cloud subscription. This company should consider getting out of the alarm business altogether. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

The Guardzilla is a nice addition to my security system. It is in an area where most of the electronics are in case of an intrusion. I also feel more comfortable being able to monitor my home when away.

The option of cloud is the best for deterring thieves. At a low price of 8.99 USD, you still have a video clip of the event. Thieves always steal the security camera and smash it in the dumpster.

Product worked as it claimed. Will not work without WiFi so buyer beware that you must have WiFi.

The video quality is fine but not great and it falls off the network often. It is fine for my needs but not for a large home or demanding project.

Can’t view live footage outside of the home and still can’t hook up the 2nd camera and have a terrible time getting support on the phone

I was an ADT very unhappy customer and since purchasing Guardzilla I'm thoroughly satisfied. This product not only secures my home but we are able to have conversations through it!!! I love this Guardzilla it's the Best.

I purchased to view if any activity in my condo while I was up North. I get messages indicating motion is detected, but when I go to event log, there is nothing to view. I then purchased the extended 30 day subscription to view activity hoping that would show something, but could not access. Tried customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes so I finally hung up. I don't think anyone is in their customer service! Unfortunately there is only a 15 day return policy so I am stuck with this piece of junk. Please do not purchase....this is a waste of money.

The camera didn't work as it was supposed too. It would alert me of motion detected, but would not record video clips, so I had no idea what alerted the camera. I tried to call Guardzilla help number several times and waited 30 minutes before hanging up. Finally waited 45 minutes and talked with someone that was very nice but they couldn't figure out the problem. Took it back and got a new one, but had the same problem. Took it back also.

This product was easy to set up and shows us what is going on in our home when we are not there. It allowed us to check in at home while traveling and continues to provide peace of mind on a daily basis.

Made this purchase by recommendation of the sales person.. I knew what I needed but didn't know the products.. It is Great.. It is very handy to have and we also use it to watch the Dog when we are not home.. lol

This security camera was user friendly and work instantly. Can remote access away from home just requires an internet connection and you can monitor your home.

It may be the wifi connection but the camera " freezes" and disconnects when it captures activity while watching live video feed.
