Can't connect to WIFI, I think could be an issue if you have an AT&T Router, possible will not work, no connection, could be a great product if you're lucky connecting to your WIFI.

It was easy to install but after three weeks the sound became static and I could not hear anyone nor could anyone hear me. The picture froze. It continually buffers with no picture of realtime. I am extremely disappointed. Planning to return the product this weekend.

This camera stopped working with my iPhone 6 on 4/1/17. Guardzilla and Best Buy are both aware of the problem. There is a problem with the software which prevents the camera from transmitting video once you are out of the Wi-Fi range which defeats the purpose of having a surveillance camera when you are not home. Attempted to get refund from Guardzilla and Best Buy...no luck. Relied on salesman's advice to purchase this camera. If you own an iPhone, DON'T BUY. This is a useless piece of equipment and waste of money until Guardzilla can fix the software glitch with Apple. Guardzilla customer service couldn't give me an estimated date when it will be working again.

Set up easy, just plug it in. Apps hooked up no problem and does the job intended, monitor my dogs.

Bought 2 of these and they conflicted against each other. Was pretty disappointed because I read the reviews and went against my better judgement. My bad. Returned them immediately.

This item was not as expected night vision does not work very well at all. Unable to make out very little when checking it at night.

I was on a time restraint and did not have a chance to do the reviews on this camera before I made the purchase. Made a quick buy for security camera that literally failed me and the moment I needed it the most. After doing the research I found out that the security camera is known for not doing the job it advertises. It does not send notifications when someone enters or exits the place. You cannot review when there is a security alert. And when you call tech-support they tell you a supervisor will call you back and no one does. This is a bad buy and I do not recommend it for anyone unless you can spend all your free time watching the live feed

I've had this camera now for almost a year. I use it mostly when I travel to keep tabs on my cats and to know when the pet sitter arrives. The quality of the video is good, and it picks up most of the motions of my cats (I have it set at the maximum sensitivity). This is my first security camera and I'm pleased with it. I've had no issues with connecting it, and the only time I couldn't view footage was after there was a power outage. Then I had to unplug and replug in the camera and my wifi router when I got home, and it worked fine after that. I also like that I don't have to subscribe to anything and that I can use a microSD card to store video on. I think the only feature that is irritating to me is that the talk and listen feature is not two-way. You can only listen or talk, not both at the same time. But then again, if you just want to listen in, you don't have to worry about anyone hearing you. Also, this camera doesn't have a mounting system that I'm aware of. My camera sits on my dining room table. You can zoom in on the video feed through the app on the phone, but the camera itself doesn't have any tilt or pan features. Overall, I've been pleased with the camera and I'd recommend it to folks looking for an easy to use indoor camera. At some point, I will probably upgrade to the new 360 camera for my main living area and move this particular camera to a smaller room.

It frequently went "offline" even when my router signal was strong and I was using the mobile app only two feet away from it. I returned the item to Best Buy.

Purchased this for a gift. My niece loves it. The siren is a nice plus!
