I tried and couldn’t get it to work. Their IT dept was “too busy” so I returned the item.

It's advertised as coming with an HD Camera. The packaging says HD, but the camera is a huge disappointment. It's not worth the money and if you intend to use it for security, you would never be able to convict because the camera quality is very poor. I called their customer service and over 2 weeks of wasted time, they gave me the runaround. I finally took the item back and got a refund. Best Buy is great, but this item is not!

I could not get the app to allow me to view the camera outside of my home WiFi network. After working with Guardzilla customer service for two weeks, and still no luck, they simply stopped responding to my emails. And, of course, Best Buy will not take the product back.

I spent hours trying to get this device to connect. Definitely would not recommend this product..

right now I cant see live feed, called 2 times before the date was up to return and no one got back to me. when they did, I was told I cannot return. so now it only records movement. I need a replacement because I have kids and leave them with people I want to look in on.

I couldn't get the camera to notify me of activity and didn't get a timely response from guardzilla so I returned the product.

I ended up having to take this back to best buy after numerous tries to get it connected to my network. I even sent 2 service requests to tech support with no response. I dont recommend this even if you can get it connected due to lack of tech support. I replaced it with the camera fron insignia. Called tech support and emailed and they responded within 24 hours.

It's just a cheap plastic toy. Except, it's not cheap. Thank God I could return it. The video is terrible. The audio is terrible. Its difficult to connect to WiFi. It claims to save video but there is no way to access anything but live grainy video. Speaking of which, the video is 240p at best, not 1080 and I have a 100mb wifi connection.

It doesn't have reliable customization and customer support ignored my questions and emails.

This was a good system in 2016 when purchased . Now the app wont open and if you uninstall it and install it again, it doesn't help. Still wont open. Good for first 2 years, then became an item to throw out.

It often loses connection to existing network. Definitely needs more work.

The instructions were complex and made me frustrated so I returned the product.

dec 24 an Iphone patch was sent out and disabled my phone. Tech support was no help and didn't return my calls. Had to return to store for a loss of $20 because it went on sale and only gave me sale price. Not in their sales record. It's a shame because I loved the product for 3 months till it quit.

I bought this for my moms house and set it all up and every time I exited the app the whole set up restarted causing me to have to go through the tedious process of connecting and setting up the camera every time I wanted to use it. Also, monthly charge to record data?? Laaaame!!!

Poor signal. Even when put right next to the box. Returned within hours of purchase.

Stopped working after like a month. Also Best Buy wouldn't allow me to return and I think they were recalled.
