This camera allows you to see video even if you are not on the wifi. It has great night vision and the regular camera is not bad. You can talk and listen but you have to switch back and forth. Easy to set us and the app is easy to use. The alarm is really loud if you chose to set it off and it makes a good alternative to a security system if you are on a budget. The motion detection works very well and has several settings. I have tried the ring camera as well. Over all this is a great purchase and it is a much cheaper option.

Awesome little camera system. The video is sufficient to see any activity, not real high def enough to make out real detail in faces. Some false alerts when they switch from day to night mode. Once in a while one will lose network communication, but I would want to go away without them. Really cool that you can listen and you can even talk through it. Can use it to keep an eye on the dog, etc. Handy little all in one for cheap. Does what I need it to do almost perfectly! Get multiples and put them around your house. I highly recommend them if you don't want to go expensive.

Our house was broken into. Local police suggested security cameras. Guardzilla work excellent. Easy set up. Extremely sharp color video. Night vision awesome. Sends alert via text, email and pushed when movement. Lots of controls. Give us assurance to monitor our home when we are at work.

I am an advanced tech user and prefer to manage my devices on my own. That being said, this camera was a fantastic buy. My wife was looking for cameras for home monitoring while we were away, I chose this camera based on it's expandable and removable memory and wireless capabilities. There is some trouble formatting the microSD card sometimes, but that's easily fixed with a reset of the camera. The phone app used to manage all available cameras is great, though at times unclear. Overall, this was a great buy. Pros: Great picture quality Expandable/removable memory Phone/Pad app making camera accessible anywhere. Able to video chat to someone who is next to the camera. Snapshots while the camera is recording. Alert mode/Continuous recording capabilities. A hardy device (kids have gotten to them and dropped them a few times) Cons: Issues formatting the memory card using the camera itself. (Card is formatted, but continuous recording stops.) Sometimes hard to tell if camera is recording (says it's recording but isn't.) Files on memory card are sometimes out of order based on naming convention (or maybe the instructions do not describe how the data is kept.) Time clock requires reset sometimes and does not update automatically.

works very well for the pricepoint. i am a proffessional surveillance technician, and look for certain features to be of value to an end-user, this camera has the most for this amount of money. wifi, cloud availability, sd card edge recording, night IRs, decent free app, easy setup, non-camera low profile appearance, even has 2-way audio and motion detection, with alarm notifications. initially, it would rarely connect to app, but then the app took an update or two, and all has been well since. most of the connection issues that it still has (which is rare), i attribute to my home wifi router, or bandwidth at whatever location i am at at that moment. this is the camera for the person who does not want to run cables and screw stuff to walls and such, and who does not want to spend a fortune or integrate it with home automation. its a good, quick, one-off, low cost solution for immediate, semi-clandestine viewing and alarming of an average to large size room of a house or indoor space. highly recommend.

I have two cameras in my home to provide coverage in my garage and inside the house. Camera views provides good coverage. When the motion alarm is tripped I get text alerts and can monitor the cameras live to verify what the camera is seeing. The sensitivity can be susceptible to varying light conditions. For example, cloudy days where the sun comes and goes might trip a false alarm. The camera in my garage can often go off if reflections from cars driving by outside shine through the garage windows. Cameras work best with strong wifi signal. I've never had too much issue with the cameras. I had to reset the cameras once perhaps because a patch or update was pushed out preventing me from connecting to the cameras with my phone but that was easily remedied. Overall satisfied with the cameras.

I love this product. In fact, after living with it for two weeks I just ordered three more to cover most of the key areas in my house. Packaging (if you appreciate that sort of thing) is very nice. The product itself appears to be of high quality and is aesthetically very nice (not cheesy looking like the Belkin that I am sending back to Amazon-it didn't work). Set up was very quick and easy. The app works great with some very nice UI features. I like that this cam includes audio (two way, in fact). Image quality is very good and night vision seems excellent. All in all, I can highly recommend this WiFi cam.

A little trouble getting it to connect to my wifi, but customer service was great & walked me through it. Picture is pretty good & overall everything is functioning well.

I Purchaed Several Cams For All Around My House, The Set Up For Each Camera Was Less Than 5 Minutes Each. The Downloadable App For Your Phone Or IPad Is A Great Tool. When My Wife And I Go Out For An Evening We Are Able To Watch, Listen & Talk To Our Children And Baby Sitter. The Video Quality Is Crystal Clear, And You Are Viewing Your Home/Office In One Click Of A Button From The App. The App Gives You So Many Different Choices As Well As To Arming, Disarming, Taking A Snap Photo Or Video Of What You Are Viewing For Reference Later. Great Camera, Great Price And I'm Definetly Buying More In The Near Future!!

Easy to set up. Works like a charm. I can monitor. Quality of video is great. I can listen in. I can speak thru the camera. The app notifies me if movement is detected and takes a short video clip. If there is a power outage it does not reconnect to the Wi-Fi but all you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in and it will reconnect.

This product is awesome. The HD quality, the siren, the user experience... I could go on and on. I love the cloud storage feature and the motion detection is working great. This is the best product out there for DIY security.

If you're looking for a camera to check in on the dogs or to use as a baby cam, this camera is fine. It's not a good camera for home security. When the power goes off, the cameras stop functioning. When the power comes on, they have to be manually reset. This is problematic for those that live in areas with power surges or inconsistent service. One night after the camera was armed, something set it off. Video is supposed to start immediately to capture activity and record if a burglar is breaking in. However, that did not happen. The video didn't start recording until 20 minutes after the motion detection was triggered. By that time, someone would be long gone. Bottom line, use them to monitor things in the house but find another system for home security.

The camera works good but only if I am on my data and my data is always off. I seldom use my phone like everyone else. I wish it would take longer videos but I do not want to pay monthly cloud fees. It also will not shoot through my big glass window in my door, I have to open the door to activate. I will look for another system that does not utilize the cloud. It is pretty good though for 100.00

We were looking forward to using this camera as the design looks great. Saw it had mixed reviews but took a chance. BIG Mistake! Camera stopped working after ! week - spent 2 hours on several calls with their Customer Service and they had no explanation and cannot fix the problem. We were told all cameras have problems - is that a proper response? Also was told the problem would be escalated and we would receive a callback - it never came! Also tried reaching the CEO - TED SIEBENMAN - impossible and Customer Service would not take a message. They also didn't know who he was! We made the mistake of buying the camera before going on a 2 week trip - and it stopped working after 1 day! Received continual error messages that the password was invalid - after no changes were made! Camera then went offline and Customer Service said they couldn't do anything about either problem. We have a Samsung camera in another room and it has never gone offline in 2 years! It was out of stock when we went to buy another one and bought the Guardzilla instead - BIG mistake!

If you have patience the guard Zila is a good product. With support help it took an hour and a half for the guard Zila to finally recognize my Wi-Fi connection. I was told it was a issue on their end, support was extremely helpful. After finally setting it up, it seems to work very well. Time will tell.

I bought the camera to monitor my home. Works great!

This was a huge waste of time and money. Camera would not complete setup. I work in the IT field and I'm pretty good with wifi products. This thing was just awful. Trip to Bestbuy, two hours of trying to setup and now a trip back to Bestbuy to return it. Don't waste your time or energy. Buy something else.

I was gifted a Guardzilla and so when it came time to doing a remodel and letting strangers into my house, I thought it was easiest to just buy additional cameras since they could be added onto the network (viewing all the cameras from within their mobile app). They aren't too costly (just under $100) and are super easy to setup (uses an outlet and your Wi-Fi connection). Haven't tried to cloud service yet (just signed up for the free trial) and taking snapshots within the app and the automatic saving of short video clips whenever the camera detects motion (depending on what your settings are) are hit or miss. Meaning, photos don't always save (I just do screenshots from my phone now) and the event history will clear itself after a certain number of days. Worst part is the camera was offline when I needed it the most (someone going up my stairs) so it didn't capture that intrusion. To fix it, I had to go to the house, unplug the cord, and plug it back in. Again, hit or miss. I've had for a couple of months now.

Easy hook up. Good clear pictures even at night. Easily connects with smart phone. My only con would be that I can't view on another device like a computer or the tv but I'm not sure how many quick connect security devices will. Overall would buy again and recommend.

This is a must have for home security. Very easy setup and allows me to monitor my home without any trouble. Would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and easy way to monitor the security of their home at a reasonable price.
