I bought one camera at Best Buy and another at Walmart. Set up on my IPhone 6s went fairly smooth and for nearly two months I was pleased that I could monitor my house and man cave from practically anyplace I had cell service. I have T Mobile. Then for reasons in known, I had nothing away from home. Just "buffering". Since I like you, bought the cameras for the good feeling of seeing that all is well since you left home. I lost that feeling over two months ago! I have been on hold with Guardzilla support so many times from home and on the road that the stupid elevator music sometimes plays in my head for hours after waiting on line so long, so many times. Every possible excuse that can be imagined, and some you cant, have been given me. For a while all I was told was the problem was "definitely due to the last IPhone update". And they had a work around for it, but for what ever reason, it was not ready or working or something. Guardzilla support told me they had tried everything possible and that I was being "upgraded" to major technical support that would call an try some other magical, worthless, thing and failing that they would replace my cameras. Never heard a word! If what they said was true, looks like a lot of people with IPhone 6's and junk Guardzilla cameras would be calling. Pass these over priced and over rated junk piles by!

I've been using the home security camera for about 4 months! I do recommend this home security to anyone who wants a "simple" solution. I understand that company has now developed an outdoor version and that too is worth a look!

Guardzilla...no, this is garbagezilla. I spent 2 hours trying to set up this thing and it wasn't worth the wait. Opened up the app clicked on view camera.. Looked grainy, so I changed the resolution.. Still garbage! The video also didn't catch any movement for 7 mins! After that it was super laggy.. If you want to waste your time and money, purchase this thing. As you would run fast and far away from Godzilla, run even faster away from guardzilla.

This is a terrible company. I had a bad camera 2 weeks after I purchased it. I have now called 5 times at 25mins on hold for someone to pickup. I have been given the same mumbo jumbo since day one. Yes you have a bad camera and we will be emailing you with in 24 hours on the directions to return the broken one and replace with a new one. GO SOME WHERE ELSE to get a home camera!!

Bought this unit to keep an " eye" on my summer home when I am not there. Works great, alerts me when motion is detected and takes pictures of what created motion. Can't beat it for the reasonable price.

We have this camera set up in our living room so we can see what goes on when we are not there. It is super easy to set up and looks pretty cool with our decor. Definitely would recommend!

Love this camera, just wish they had it in a wireless version. I use it to check on my animals while I'm at work, easy to just look on my phone and see what is happening in an instant.

I liked how easy it was to set up and the ease of use with it,the app is free and is set up great i would reccomend this product to anyone was well worth the price

I have 5 of these cameras. All work great. Can view from anywhere. Make sure you connect to your wifi on the 2.4 MH. Takes about 15minutes to setup.

Think twice before buying the BOGO offer for buy a Guardzilla camera and get one free. I bought this from an offer from Guardzilla in April of 2018, waited almost a month for the free one, and the free one will not register and thus is not functioning. I called MANY times, wrote MANY emails asking for help. When tech finally contacted me he agreed the camera did not work and that he would get back to me. He never did even after 5 or 6 emails and onsite request for help. I only purchased it for the BOGO. DO NOT BUY this offer!!!!

Bought the black camera,never have any problems. Very pleased with my purchase,want to buy outside cameras but reviews are not very convincing.

The camera was easy to install and to setup up, I would put it on par with with simply safe security system.

I am on my third camera unfortunately. The picture quality was great but it keeps missing events. Customer service is terrible and I will not get another one if this one goes out.

Very bad product do not buy! It is very hard to install, the customer service for this product is very bad. On Sundays they only have live chat and Nick guardzilla refused to assist actually hanging up on the connection and never picking up again. Biggest problem is you can't get the unit to recognize a smart phone.

I needed an alarm for my house without a monthly payment and this fit the bill.

Tech support was excellent not like x10 non existence and a few other companies.
