I'm rather tech savvy and I attempted to connect this camera 3 times to my home network with no success. Very straight forward instructions as how to do so but no results. For 50.00 dollars more the dropcam is a much better solution.

i really thought this is what we were looking for and at an affordable price, but the app needed to run the device crashed every time we attempted to activate it. Frustrated, we returned it a couple weeks after making the purchase.

Does what it's supposed to do and that's about it. Can't complain.

Setup is a problem. Had to call a few times. There is some issue with iPhone. Works well now.

Easy set up, well worth the money, clear picture and will definitly purchase at least one more

the product seemed like it would have been great but it would unfortunately never connect to our wifi. Tried resetting the device and the Internet modem multiple times. Not sure if it was incompatible with our router or what but we had to return it unfortunately.

This camera is a joke. At first I though it was awesome but as time goes on it makes me want to buy a different camera and get rid of this one. First the app didn’t work on cheaper phone, now that I have an iPhone 7 it loads but doesn’t load every time. Then when I need look at the camera the app has pop up advertisements for their new products which makes me really not want to a buy another considering I didn’t buy this one to hear about their new camera out. Why would they chose to annoy existing customers I have no idea but you have to physically click into their advertisement and view it just to exit it. Unlike most things where you can just click out, which is really frustrating when the alarm on the camera goes off because you can’t even view what’s happening in your house until you see their new product

This is a great security device!! Easy to use and the alarm is very loud. Provides a very clear video stream, even in low light.

Serves the purpose, having problems with minor-aged vandals in the hood...

I bought 2 of these and each of them failed right out of the box. They simply would not show up on my excellent wifi signal and the instructions state that pressing the reset button would prompt the camera to do a series of things that never happened. The first one I chalked up to being a defective item - I'm a reasonable fellow and understand stuff can happen so I simply exchanged it for another one. Unfortunately, I got the same lousy experience I had with the first one. I called their customer service number and waited on hold for 14 minutes to be told that my issue was not a typical occurrence, and told me to try again a third time. Think I'll try my luck elsewhere thank you very much - going two for two with something like this is rarely a coincidence. Try your luck, but it is time you will never get back.

Love looking in on our home and talking to kids and dog.

I highly suggest getting a sim card for this camera

I purchased this camera after reading the specs and reviews. It looked like a great option for what I was looking for. I got this camera home, and followed the instructions, but I couldn't get it to work. After an hour of talking with their tech support, they couldn't figure out what was wrong either. I ended up taking this Item back, and getting a different camera. I wouldn't recommend this camera due to all the issues I had with it.

Does not work 100% of the time, somedays I get alerts in my office and some days I don't. Like the recorded video on the unit, but only plays approx. 50% of each recorded movement then stops. First time using this type of product, next time will try something more expensive.

This product needs improvement. Communication with the WIFI is not very reliable (although I have high speed internet). Camera quality is not very high, details are not clear. Many times the Iphone application has problems locating the camera. Also, although armed in many cases it will not send a signal. Overall there is much room for improvement.

Has a narrow range of vision affecting total area viewed

This camera works fine for what I need it for. It provides a great sense of security knowing what's going on at my home while I'm away.

Cant be mounted and need to hit a listen / speak..

Really liked this product. Using this camera really good currently! It was cheap and good.
