I have tried multiple times with no success on connecting the camera.

Camera was purchased to monitor entry hall of house. It would take pictures 5-7 seconds after motion was detected, and after anyone in the hall had already passed through. Tried to contact customer service without success. Then emailed customer service and never received a reply. Returned camera to best buy. I would not recommend this camera, or company.

Bought 1st camera and worked fine. Bought a second and cannot get it to work. All attempts to contact customer service went unanswered.

The guardzilla camera is a great inexpensive camera with great feature like night vision, motion sensor alarms, microphone, and wifi connection! So you keep an eye on your home while your away on vacation or ect. The guardzilla is only $100

OK I really do not like to write bad reviews on items but this is a bit more money and it has to do with your security. This camera is not at all the top of the line and I get that. It is in my opinion not a terrible camera and I have more than one but it is NOT a reliable security camera. I installed my second camera after Best Buy was running a special price and I needed one. I hooked it up and about a week later I have lost the camera (black with some light dots). I called support and she did the normal read the manual and ask the questions that they must do and I already did before calling, mind you this is after a 30 minute hold to even talk with someone. After the normal stuff of checks she decided that yes I wasn't a complete fool and I had a bad camera but she must have the manager call me to get it replaced and that would be with in 24 hours. Well a week went by and another 35 minutes on hold I finally get a lady to answer at the support center and she graciously updated my ticket and said she would again get the supervisor to contact me AND the whole time telling me this I hear children screaming in the background!! I gave it 2 stars because my other camera works although slow. I am also upset Best Buy will not help on these issues. If you are looking for a baby monitor then this might be OK for you but if you need a dependable camera I would advise looking elsewhere. To sum this up.....Their support is absolutely awful and the camera is mediocre at best.

I love this for keeping an eye on my kid when he gets home from school.

It lets me view my house and dogs while I am away, however, The microphone, and speaker are useless. They both have enormous static and screeching. It is also about a 3-4 second delay in the video which doesn't capture movement properly when alarm is set for motion. also, there is one out there cheaper that can pan around.

This is a decent security camera for the price. It doesn't have the best picture or audio quality but it definitely gets the job done. The quality of the app has improved over time. I would recommend this to a person living in an apartment or condo who wants peace of mind.

Love the little Guardzilla unit. You can monitor your home through an app on your phone when travelling or away. The app is a little low-tech looking but the camera pod gives a good video for the price.

We love this thing! Originally bought it because we had naughty neighbors, served its purpose. Now we keep it in our little girls rooms.. Love being able to watch them and talk to them where ever we are!

I love being able to check on my pets when not at home

So far I love this security camera. It notifies me via text and email when there is movement detected in the house. I love that it has an option for the siren if there is movement. It's great because there are no extra fees unless you want to upgrade your available storage. The app is great because you can watch a live view of the video and talk to who's in the house and listen to what's happening in the house. I hope they make one that can go outdoors.

Good home surveillance camera for $99. It's a bit slow to notify you of motion but overall a good device and app. The connection speed and picture quality could be better. I would recommend it if you were not looking to spend too much.

Fair camera keeps loosing connection. I have to keep programming camera. Keeps saying no camera found.

It works great and setup quickly!! Handy for all sorts of things from checking in with kids when I'm not there to making sure the dogs are ok.

Ok camera but I have issues with the connectivity to Wifi!

I had a very hard time installing the camera. Returned it.

Camera worked pretty good but the phone app to monitor the camera would always have issues. Both htc m9 and note 5 would kick me out, sometimes having to log in 20+ times to see camera. My note 5 would always recommend I delete app to improve my phones function.

I would have kept this camera because it's design and simplicity but to establish a connection you need to follow through with the setup via their app, which crashed all the time, not allowing complete setup.

Good features but gives false notification of movement and event history only gives you 5 second video and hardly ever gets anyone in it. Its always too early or too late from movement detection. Motion is even set off by sun & shadows through the window!
