Fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a little difficult to set up, as the directions were not very clear. Main trouble was getting wireless transmitters to plug securely into usb ports on Ps4. Once setup it was fun, feels a little more realistic as compared to original.

Fun game like the original, but with a few quirks!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is fun just like the original, but they don't have the progression type of gaming the older ones do. It just launches you right in to the game. It also wants you to buy a lot more music from them like an app would I feel.

The new style isn't bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's just something new to get used to if you've played any of the guitar hero games before. But once you've got the patterns and the chord changes down (or even before then), you'll feel awesome for being able to hit those notes and be like "heh.. I've still got it." Great song selection too!

Awesome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is awesome I don't like change but this was a good one it feels more natural on your hand! I've owned every guitar hero and played expert in all of them to the point of it becoming boring but with the change the game became harder I now play in regular (medium) worth it 100%

Not bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great game just really annoying that they can't come out with a Bluetooth enabled guitar... figured they would have the right act together this go around on the game. Having to use up the only two USB plugs on my device for the wireless dangles is kind of ridiculous considering there's no where to plug in my mic for vocals....

A lot of fun but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really fun game that gives an impressive feeling of actually playing huge venues. However, the thing I failed to realize is that even though they include the game with your purchase you do have to pay for future game play. Not happy about that. I'm a firm believe that if I just payed $80 for a game and 2 plastic guitars I should have limitless games play. I guess I'm old-fashioned. I will add they do provide you a gift certified for around $21 to buy extra content.

Still Loads of Fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The last time I bought a Guitar Hero game, was Guitar Hero 3 for PS2. Back then, that game sucked up tons of hours of my life, and I loved every minute of this. This game is no different. The way the audience reacts to your playing is seamless, and really makes you want to just play better. The new button system adds a little more realism to the game, and the TV system they've included keeps the song playing fresh (and allows you to work more on your dexterity instead of memorization). Overall, the game is a ton of fun to play with others, and I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the series.

Awesome fun.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I ordered online my disc did not work and one dongle was bad but Best Buy fixed the problem immediately when I took them to the store. It is great to have this option when you order online and even better when the store never gives you trouble with problems.

Better this time!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little nervous to play the new Guitar Hero after loving the last one before they discontinued it. I have to say after playing this one I'm enjoying the new controller setup with the six button layout. I also like the graphics and and songs available.

Lots of fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a birthday gift for my wife who had played the original guitar hero many years ago. They added a wider range of complexity since then and we have enjoyed playing it. The menus can get confusing sometimes though.

It's OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup took a bit longer than expected. I liked the original GH. It's harder to navigate this new one. Still trying to figure it out.

Guitar Hero is back!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had a lot of fun with this game. The new controls take a bit to get used to. Once you get there, it's a challenging twist on a fun party game. The new GHTV feature has been a great feature. We play that more almost exclusively.

Great Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new guitar is a breath of fresh air for this genre. I won't say this is better than Rock Band 4, because they are honestly on different paths now, and play completely different. I own both, and have no regrets getting this.

NOT BAD BUT NOT GREAT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, at least Activision tried something different. I prefer the previous button layout but at least this mixes things up.

Good for fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Guitar hero is not the same as it used to be. They have reinvented themselves and to be quite honest I like it. The game keeps me entertained for hours at a time.
