love this game i really like it how it has more variety in music

A bit different from the original guitar hero but just as fun!

I bought this to play with my girlfriend as well as our nephews and nieces... Everyone loves it! The story mode where you get to play in front of a "live crowd" is pretty neat. The only thing I will mention is that it is much different from previous iterations of Guitar Hero, the new button scheme can be a little difficult to get used to!

Seems like it could be a great game for the family. When loaded up and ready to play, it takes forever to navigate how to get to multiplayer (2 Guitars controllers). Each song takes forever due to long lead in. You get bored waiting on the song to start playing. Once song starts, then it is great fun, very hard to master the new controller key layout. It is completely different from old controller layout. If you were good or great on the old controllers, then you will be stumped now.

The new guitar is great, it does a better job at making it feel like a real guitar than the previous one. But the music isn't as rock oriented as the last one

I love the new button layout and I think the change will make this be judged much less by real guitar players that have a problem with the game. Conquered the "Live" part in just a few hours which is disappointing but the "TV" part is amazing and always a rush. May skip the new COD to keep enjoying this game.

Much better play from previous guitar hero, but the song selection is lacking. Hopefully new updates will fix that.

I loved the game but I could take the cruddy buttons any longer. One guitar felt 'OK' but the other one had sticky fret buttons and a strum bar that wouldn't work from time to time. I had to return it. I tried to exchange but the stores didn't have them in stock. A+ for concept, D+ for execution.

I've enjoyed the new challenges of button layout on the guitar. It adds another technical element to playing. The song selection is great as well.
