The menu is not that easy to follow, especially for first timers. Other than that, it's an ok game. Not too bad. But also not the greatest.

Totally fun, but ultimately harder than the original.

The new version is much more difficult than the original due to buttons on top and bottom. It's confusing trying to find extra songs.

Poor song selection. My 9 year old and his friend only played with it one time. They said it was a boring game.

Hard for my 10 year old to play. She has experience with similar items but can't seem to catch on.

Liked the older guitar hero better. This one was completely different

The original box I purchased had a defective button that did not work and I had to return it. The second box had 4 squeaking buttons but I used WD-40 and wiped it down real well and it's fine now. But I love GH for my PS2&3 and GH Live is extremely different and challanging that I like.

I wouldn't recommend anyone get this game it's not user friendly

Used to play GH all the time with my wife before kids and responsibility. Bought it on a whim thinking we could recreate the magic. I don't know when but this game became bloated and unnecessarily complicated. Every guitar is required to sign into the console and the unit we had kept having the guitars disconnect at random. The set-list is less rock than ever and the game forces you to sit through multiple videos/tutorials on how to use their complicated, micro-transaction-filled online component. No thank you. Just let us plug in the guitars and jam, no need to overthink it. The only positive i can think of is that when they weren't disconnecting randomly, the guitars did feel solid and have a sturdy construction. But when the game is this tedious, it really doesn't matter.
