    Not sure if it really truly works regarding sleep benefits, but it really helps make light less blaring at nighttime. However, text is slightly harder to read.

    Definitely nice , but good luck wearing these while having any sort of headset on , the headset will press in causing a minor headache after 30-60 minutes , taking about same time to go away after taking either or off

    Was surprised that it made me game longer than i usually do. The bag is awesome and the cleaning cloth is good. Remarkable improvement of vision comfort on prolonged exposure to computer screens
