Still had to download some extra forms from the IRS because they didn't cover my situation which wasn't unusual. Just self-employed. Other than that, it works.

I switched to H&R block from TurboTax a few years ago. In my opinion the two products are mostly equivalent so it was difficult to justify the higher price for TurboTax.

I have used this product for about 5 years in a row now and say that it always has been a very productive software suit. I highly recommend this product especially if you can get it for 29.99!

I've been using H&R Block software for years and rarely have an issue with it, but sometimes it isn't very clear with the directions on how to complete a section.

HR block didn't include any option to ask about the zero emission credit (electric car) for GA. I called and the Tax Adviser showed me where to enter the info, except one field he cannot advise what that means and so I have to enter what I think is right? This is a bit disappointment as I have been using HR Block for years and now i wonder what else they could have taken away which I might have not known and missed in my tax filing! What that I can only give it a 3 star.

Customer service was excellent, Justin and the others in the Geek Squad department gave the hands on and attention that was needed.

I seem to get a larger refund using this program compared to others. Two give same amount and another gives me a lesser refund

Bought it to do my taxes. And i still ended getting my taxes done by a professional. Turbotax is the better way to go.

The questions that they ask you to answer in the program should be a little clearer- not always clear to someone not familiar with taxes
