Cumbersome, , not user friendly

While I was able to do a couple returns I still had to pay to file the FREE state return. I have used the hrbloock on-line program for several years and find that much easier and more intuitive. I would NOT recommend buying the software.

Couldn't get off the ground after prior TurboTax
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose HR Block software this year after multiple years of using TurboTax as it was more affordable and I hoped it would result in less hidden fees for filing and upgrades. Despite the slick television advertising showing how easy it is to import TurboTax returns into this software, multiple attempts resulted in the message "There was a problem converting your file [-1]." I attempted to call the 800 number provided on HRblock.com, which gave me an automated response they are closed (despite it being during their advertised open time). I'd gladly return this opened software and purchase TurboTax again to save many hours of effort.

Not easy directions

It's better to just pay for the online software

It was frustrating the 2 did not sync. We ended up paying for the online software. Hopefully we will be able to return this to Best Buy.
