The only complaint is the hose doesn't fit the connection tightly.

Easy to use and set up. I am using a hose to drain it in to a sump pit so I never have to empty the bucket. Just plug it in and turn it on

Hoping it would help cut down the humidity in FL residence, so AC wouldn't have to run as much and it helped tremendously!

I had this unit sit side by side with a similar size GE unit and the water removal of this unit was much better at the same settings. Well worth the $.

This unit was easy to get started and it worked well in drying out a damp basement. Just be sure to empty it frequently.

Chose produce for automatic water-air expulsion in a wine cellar. It works. Unfortunately, the dehumidifier gives off a lot of heat and has taken the area from an average of 50 F. to 60 degrees F. The ventilation was increased into the area to correct the problem.

but very powerful. We purchased this for our basement and within an hour noticed the difference. Great product but a lot louder than the last one we had. Guess that is the power of the machine. I would recommend it for a basement but not for a regular living area.

Not very noisy. Water pail is easy to remove and replace. I wish I Could use the drain feature because the unit is so efficient and my basement room so full of moisture that the pail fills up fast. Free shipping was a big plus!

Draws so much moisture out of air in my basement. Nice and dry in basement now.

This is a nice portable dehumidifier. I bought it for controlling the humidity in a basement workshop. It has the ability to drain to an external hose/drain, which is a plus. I cannot comment on the long term durability as it has been operational for 2 months. So far so good.

I use it in my home that has 4 40 gallon tanks for fish it does the job

The dehumidifier is working satisfactorily. It took 4 days of running before it started removing water from the air in full capacity. The dehumidified air is easier to breathe. This is a very useful appliance in my view, I recommend everyone to buy and use the appliance for better health.

Pretty big unit but doesn't take up too much room. Very happy with it

Unit is very nice to look at but does not have some of the features I would expect from a dehumidifier. pros: I like the way the waste water goes directly into the discharge hose without going into the bucket first. cons: The dehumidifier is very, very loud. I also don't like that it doesn't have an automatic timer feature so it can be set to run for 1 hour, shut off for 1 hour, then repeat. The prior model that I owned had this feature which was very convenient.

It works so much better than our 30 year old model did ;-)

I have used this daily now for over a month. Works well.
