A: The collection bucket has a max capacity of 32.5 pints. The machine itself can empty up to 65 pints per day, especially if connected to a continual drain hose. So if you use the bucket and it's drawing out 65 pints per day, it means you have to empty your bucket twice per day, unless you hook up a continual drain hose.
Q: What diameter hose is used for drainage
A: A standard 1/2" garden hose will work great. A wash machine hose will work also if you only need to go a short distance. It has a standard hose connection on the back. Just remember to take out the rubber plug before you hook the hose up....
